The contractor did terrible job. After we told him we were not satisfied with the work on our roof, he cursed at us and refused to try to fix his work. Please do not use them.

I called for a simple doggy door install. The woman I spoke with told me it would be a flat $95 fee. 20 minutes later I got another call asking for a photo of the doggy door so they could give me an estimate for cost of install. When I asked her what happened to the flat fee she said, if I'd already been told that they would do it for that price. Seemed weird. Then we set a time for the same day, between 5-7pm. No call. No show. She called the next day asking if I'd like to reschedule but the whole thing felt very sketchy to me so I said no. I wouldn't recommend just based on the lack of profession, especially if you need work done inside your home.

This company seems like an absolute fraud. Had an issue with my fridge and a tech came and told me I needed my ice maker repaired. To schedule the job, I used venmo to a man named Edward Carrillo using Venmo for a 50% deposit on the fridge repair. I was told the name of the company is M Z Appliance Repair and Maintenance but found that Mr. Carriollo is associated with a company called Limitless. He and his company were supposed to come back later that week to repair the ice maker and the fridge. They never came or followed up with me even though I called multiple times for about 5 weeks. When I called, I was routed to what seemed like a call center and they were unable to provide any information on the job or the status. Finally I just accepted that they were not going to ever do the job. Very disappointing and would stay far away from Edward Carrillo and any company he does business with.

I do not recommend this company based on the experience that I just had. A man named Edward Carrillo came to my house to look at our water pump. My father was with him and before he looked at the pump he said it will be $80 monthly to clean the pool. It is not why we called him to come but a sales man will be a sales man. When he finished he assessed that the total cost would be $650. My father said ok but I will discuss with the rest of my family. Edward then says he needs to be paid $65. My father, expecting an invoice, states he will not pay at this moment and he needs an invoice. Edward then says he will get a lien on the house and calls the police. Also my father calls the police. Edward says that my father threatened to get a knife, which my father did not do. I am standing in shock and trying to talk as both men are standing and talking Edward claims my father is threatening him because he is pointing at him and I have to tell Edward you are also pointing. The escalation of this was very unacceptable. This was unprofessional and I have never experienced something like this. He then stated that my father was on a recorded line agreeing to pay $65 for a service call, which I would love to hear. Sadly Edward lost business because he jumped and accused rather than listened. All my father wanted was an invoice. Also if my father had me look up the company before they arrived I would have told him that it was given a 1 star rating from others who unfortunately used this company as well.... 3 police cars came both sides talked. one of the police officers agreed that the invoice is usually presented before payment. you do not just hand someone money. Anyhow my father wanted all of this behind us money was paid without invoice but I made sure to get the receipt of payment just in case. to conclude all of this was unwarranted - I may have to report this company.

This company was a 5 star company until recently. Initially they came and gave us a great price. Our pool was green from just moving in and they made it perfectly blue within 2 days. They came weekly with no problem and if they were going to be a day late I got a call. COVID hit and they were unable to service for 2-3 weeks, and we received a call informing us of this. Perfect! I knew I had to service my own pool for that time. After they started again I was really unsure if they were coming. They never came in the same days and I stopped receiving notification on my camera that someone was present in my backyard. I began to notice my pool turning colors, green again. I called the owner and was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail stating my concerns for the pool and asked to get a call back immediately. NOTHING! I reached out on social media, NOTHING! I sent an email, to which I received back stating that the email could not be delivered. I understand that we are going through a pandemic, but as a company, they should be able to inform their customers and respond back if not immediately, in a timely manner. I strongly urge you to look for a different company and do not use Limitless pools.

Edward Carillo and his company (Limitless Services LLC) kept putting off a repair he had started and was paid for. He lied continously and then just stopped responding entirely. He further damaged a shower tub and tiles surrounding it, and in the months it took us to finally realize he was never going to fix it, we had some mold get into the wall and floor. He is a liar and a crook

I hardly ever leave reviews, but we have been ghosted defrauded by Limitless Services. After owner/contractor Edward Carillo got the 30% deposit a month ago, he did not show up to build the fences and gates. It took half the day on the phone trying to track him down. I should of known to cancel the job at that point, but the large deposit had already been cashed. You can click on my profile to view the photos. The fence leans considerably, more so now than when the job was done 3 weeks ago. There are nails sticking through in several places. The allignment is way off and some of the """"new"""" plywood has wood rot, splinters sticking out, and cracks. We have asked for a receipt for the locks/latches that he purchased with my money from home depot, because they do not work! But he would not provide receipts upon completion or in the last 3 weeks. I wanted receipts for all my materials and got none. We asked repeatedly for an invoice, he said he sent one....we never got it. Every week his reason for not fixing/finishing the job has been a different excuse...he even had a couple demeaning responses, and then eventually he disappeared completely, before everything starting closing due to Coronavirus. But he sure did not waste any time cashing those checks. * update: they responded to my review claiming they are not the same company, but I have verified this IS the company that cashed my check

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. We bought a house in pristine conditions. All it was needed is to paint the walls. We hired Edward and his crew. On the first day of the painting, we noticed that they didn't put any cover to protect the laminate floor. Edward reassured us they would easily clean it. They should have protected the floor by putting plastic or cloths or what not, but they did not and the floor got damaged (paint stains, paint in between the joints, scratched boards due to their use of a machine to try to clean it, etc). The next day we were told that the walls needed other covers of paint, but we were not told that he would charge us an extra $400 for it. When they supposedly completed the house was in horrible conditions! The floor was devastated, all the electric sockets, and light switch were either painted over or gaps were left. They didn't protect the ceiling so it is stained, windows were stained, some blinds were broken. They didn't prepare anything! They didn't remove the mirror from the wall, just painted it around. When we asked to fix it, they didn't patch it and painted over the holes. Lots of holes were not patched, screws not removed, but painted over. And the extra cover for $400? forget it, the walls look like they are only primed and JUST ready for paint. These guys are not professionals but actual amateurs and bad at that. We need to re-paint it and now change the floor as it is horrible. If you want to save money, hire someone else. If you hire them, take into account the cost for changing your floor, cleaning, and hiring another crew to re-do the job. Or do it yourself, you will do better job than Limitless Services!

Workers do not speak English. My pool situation is actually worse now and will require replacement of equipment. Owner seems a bit immature when dealing with customers. Edit: Owner is now verbally abusing me. He texted me: 'Your a piece of trash!

I would give a zero star rating but it is not available. I booked Limitless Services LLC to install a Gazebo I purchased. It is a two person job and I would have attempted to do it with a friend and myself but I have a permanent disability that would have made it difficult for me to help. So I hired Limitless Services LLC and spoke with Edward Carrillo. The first booking they were a no call no show. Which was disappointing and I probably should have found someone else at that point. But I thought because it was booked on the Saturday of a long weekend Edward might have had a hard time getting a couple of guys for the job. So I made arrangements with him for the next Saturday and to my surprise only one of his employees showed up. I asked if someone else was there to help him because it is a two person job probably but he said no. He also didn't have the anchors for the concrete which Edward and I had discussed would be included. He started working and i asked if he wanted help to move our outdoor table out of the way but he said it was fine where it was. I noticed he started using our outdoor table as a workbench and noticed a scratch. At that point I got a sheet for him to cover the table but an experienced construction worker usually would have their own sheet to cover a table for working on. After that he stripped the hex head screws because he was using a torx head driver and he also stripped the spotwelded nuts on the inside of one part that cant be repaired and requires another part to be ordered. At this point I said to the employee you're not very experienced with construction work are you? He replied no i normally do pools and just got told to come here today to do this. I said okay it is probably best if you go now and I will talk to Edward. I tried contacting Edward multiple times but he did not get back to me. I contacted him from another number inquiring about a job and he replied in a timely manner. At this point in time I knew Edward was not going to make it right and finish the job properly. He canceled the job and I now have to purchase a replacement part. This job couldn't have went about as bad as it could have went. My table got damaged and so did my gazebo and I wasted this time and if I had a good handyman it probably would've been done by now. After posting this Edward contacted me and called me a liar and mocked my disability.
