We asked Kenneth to fix a disaster of a bathroom that was made by another crew and it wasn't easy! He came and double checked our plumbing and fixed the errors, like an entirely wrong shower pan put in backwards. Kenneth made sure everything in his hands went as smoothly as possible. The best thing about Kenneth was the relief of working with a trusted professional. He checked in with us continually and was transparent if plans were changing for reasons outside of either of our control. Thank goodness for Kenneth!

Two thumbs up. Called on a Saturday morning with 2 leaking toilets, a broken toilet cut off valve, frozen shower fixture as well as a frozen tub faucet. Kenneth was here within 2 hours, repaired and replaced everything. Couldn't ask for better service. Price was great and the work was done quickly.

We, like many, needed a plumber after the extreme weather and found Kenneth after reading great reviews from neighbors on Next Door. He squeezed us in and spent 30+ minutes showing us how to check for leaks and diagnosing what our issue was. Turns out the warmer Temps were causing condensation and we did not have a leak. Kenneth did not want to charge us, but that wasn't an option for us. He gave us some knowledge we can use in the future. He is professional, knowledgeable, and trust worthy. In these times, plumbers are in such high demand, he could have charged us any amount for coming out. But he was a stand up, trustworthy business man and we will never use anyone else going forward. I immediately gave his info to my sister for any needs she has.

Kenneth was great and came out to check on a frozen pipe for me. I lucked out that the sun was shining just enough that it had thawed my pipe and my toilet was an easy fix. I'm so thankful he was able to come and check on it the same day I called him as I was concerned about ruining my new flooring in the house with a flood from a potential busted pipe.

I had an emergency plumbing situation with my kitchen sink and Kenneth came to the rescue in about an hour! Turns out I had 3 different leaks happening, before doing any work he showed me what was wrong and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He was quick, helpful, super nice and I haven't had any problems since! As a first time home owner it is important to me that I find reliable businesses to call when something goes wrong and I have definitely found my plumber! During his visit, he informed me he could also help replace my sink and kitchen countertops when I'm ready as well as bathroom remodels.
