Was having a pretty decent Monday then then heard a strange noise in my garage.... busted pipe... in the ceiling.... in the room I have 12,000 old comics..... nothing like rescuing Spider-man & the X-men while taking a 30 degree shower....sliding all over the ice.... on the bright side, we (family all pitched in) saved most of the comics and NOW know where the main water shut-off is.... soooooo that was fun, and by tomorrow I'll have a nice indoor ice rink for me and the kids to learn hockey.... just gotta laugh cuz it beats the alternative! Also huge HUGE shout out to t he guys at Limitless Plumbing, they were nearby, came straight ove (after making sure our water company was also helping out), fixed the leak, helped us tremendously, and gave us an amazing deal on the repair and assistance getting plumbing dialed back in (as I had frantically turned every knob I could find) Just great guys, that took pity on the freezing family and took great care of us. Thanks again for helping us end a terrible day on a positive note!

Awesome help is hard to find! Despite Brandon being extremely busy he was responsive, offered guidance via phone/email and was willing to be a source for me to ensure someone wasn't taking advantage of me if an additional plumber was required due to my only bathroom not functioning. I did what I could; however, couldn't rectify the situation and thankfully I waited because Brandon and his associate were professional, kind, efficient, and effective. Brandon went the extra mile for me and I'm super grateful. I was glad to cut him a check because he deserves it! He will be my go to if necessary as it's hard to find help like that as a single women-I'm sure many women know what I mean.

I contacted Brandon to clear a blockage in an underground downspout drain line. My communication with him leading up to the job was very professional and prompt. He contacted me and asked if he could come a day early which was much appreciated. He worked hard in pouring rain and tried everything possible to clear the drain line. Unfortunately, it looks like the line is collapsed and will need to be dug up and replaced. Brandon has referred me to another trusted company to do the work. The most amazing part is that Brandon refused to take any money saying that he was unable to complete the job and it wouldn't be right. Brandon is as hardworking and fair as they come... I trust him and will definitely contact him again with any plumbing issues.

Very unhappy with Brandon. Spent over two months trying to get some issues dealt with in the apartment I rent. He dragged his feet repeatedly and never got around to doing the job. I finally gave up. Seems likes other, more lucrative jobs get priority, and if you've got some minor issues, good luck getting them to come help you.

Brandon was awesome. I had a different big name plumbing service come out and totally disappoint me after a major sewer line backup that flooded the first floor of my home. Brandon responded quickly to my call and followed up with me after coming out to give me a quote. He was absolutely professional and provided a fair quote for the repair job as compared to the other quotes that I received. He showed me everything on the camera and took care to replace the gravel that he had to move to complete the job. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and provided fast and efficient service. If I ever need plumbing services again, Brandon will be my go to person.

Rusty water in the bathtub indicated we had a problem with either our pipes or hot water heater. After a few texts back and forth with Brandon we narrowed it down to the water heater... He went ahead and ordered everything needed, installed it about a week later and voila! --clean clear hot water with minimum hassle. He was completely up front with expected costs, reliable and responsive. Would definitely recommend and call again if needed.

Having a septic system can be challenging. When it got plugged I called Limitless and got an accurate quote over the phone to fix the problem. The next morning he was here, and everything went exactly as I was told over the phone. I know whom I am going to call next time if I have any septic or sewer problem!

Look no further for a honest, ethical plumber! Plus he's a super nice guy. Our older home had a plugged up sewer line and Brandon was immediately responsive, quick, efficient and tidy with his work and his prices are beyond fair. If you need plumbing repair, do not hesitate to call Limitless; absolute stand up outfit. We'll certainly be hiring them for some additional repairs we know are coming down the pike.

Had an issue with ground water backing up our downspout. Messaged Limitless and the owner was quick to respond but wasn't able to get to us until the following week. I didn't want to wait that long so we had another company come out. That was a mistake. They charged me a bunch of money and wanted to charge me another $3k for work that would've made it worse. I ended up having Limitless come out the next week and he fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes for less than the other company initially charged me for not fixing anything. Would definitely use Limitless again!
