Quickly attended to the bathroom plumbing issue after we spoke regarding drain cleaning , organic style , and use of auger vs. replacing toilet altogether due to age. Options upfront help decide - price mentioned as discussion continued. Upfront.
Inspected boiler and found emergency drain valve leaking!!!! Waiting for part to arrive before starting job.

My husband and I recently bought a house in Evans, and a few months after moving in, our heat started acting up. So, we called around and had a few companies come out to give us an assessment, and Savannah from Limelight not only confirmed our issue and gave us a reasonable price, but also gave us key safety advice before she left. Savannah was equal parts professional and personable, and she is the exact reason we called Limelight back to have our furnace replaced.

On the day of the replacement, she and Taran were timely, courteous, and on the ball all day. We both work from home, and there were little to no interruptions during our day. They gave us a thorough walk-through at the end of it all.

We're looking forward to Savannah returning as a regular service technician and to having Limelight Services do further work around our house.

Hot water heater suddenly failed. Limelight got me scheduled same day. Tony and Taran showed up in 30 minutes and were very helpful and fast. They got a new water tank installed in a couple hours. Thanks guys!

Wow, I'm glad I found these guys. Fairly good rates. Robert Turner was our electrician and he was honest, friendly and professional. Very easy to work with. I have a few house projects and Limelight will be my go-to!

I had a terrible, terrible experience with Lion Home Service, who screwed me out of $4700 for a repair that didn't actually fix my AC unit.

Limelight, meanwhile, did a terrific job being honest and transparent with me about what was wrong with my AC system and how to fix it. They were happy to show me how they test the system, set clear expectations, and charged a reasonable price for what I was getting (a new condenser coil, which doesn't come cheap no matter where you look).

AC repairs suck, but it's at least reassuring to have honest people provide professional service. I would look no further than Limelight Services for your HVAC needs!
