This company was recommended to us by a friend when our HVAC system failed. Understandably, they were busy since it was winter, but they told us we had to wait TWO MONTHS to get a new heat pump. When we neared our projected installation date, they decided they no longer wanted to install our HVAC system because my husband asked (albeit annoying?) questions about our heat pump options and the services that were included in our TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR investment. I wish they had decided we were not worth servicing from the beginning instead of telling us to sit in the cold for two months and then not do the job they had agreed to do. I hate leaving bad reviews, but their poor communication and heartless lack of follow through warranted *some* kind of public warning to anyone else that dare ask ignorant or pesky questions about the products or services that they're buying.
