My outdoor water line was leaking water. Lilburn plumbing came right out and repaired the line without digging up my lawn. The cost was fair and they completed the job within an hour. The technician was very professional and explained the job to me. They are definitely on my list for a plumbing referal.

The reason for two stars is not because of the service, it is because of the price. It cost me over $200 per hour to install a whole house water filter (total cost $450). I think the price is a bit excessive. But the quality of work was good and if you don't mind paying $200+/hr, you can add a couple of stars to my review.

i called this company last week because i had water backing up in all my toilets and bath tubs. they came out checked everything and cleared the piping on my roof...within minutes everything was working. a week later same thing happened in the evening I called Lilburn plumbing and they talked to me on the phone and told me what they would do next, and what the end result might be and gave me an estimate. as promised they were back out here by noon. Chris one of the guys from the 1st time came back. he looked at all issues of what it could be, he explained to me why it was happening again then installed a two way clean out pipe on the drain system. and made sure he kept me in the loop on everything he was doing and he explained everything every step of the way and answered ALL my questions. if you want reliable, honest, hard working company please give them a call!! they stand by what they say and get the job done!. thank you PLUMBER CHRIS!! You have a customer for life!!

All our toilets were totally clogged when I called Lilburn Plumbing Service. They came that very day. They worked all afternoon in a winter thunderstorm and got our plumbing problems repaired. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you Lilburn Plumbing Service!!!

I had a big leak happening outside. I called Lilburn Plumbing Service and spoke to the owner. As we were making an appointment for him to come out, he asked me some questions about the leak and told me some places of where to look. He even waited for me on the phone as I looked at the areas he talked about. He then told me to check one last place and there was the problem! He told me what to do and all was fixed in minutes! He didn't charge anything and all was great! Very friendly and helpful and really wants to help and get things fixed in the best way!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS!! DISREPUTABLE. Called and spoke with Charles to replace a tankless hot water heater on a Thursday and he quoted me a price and said he would be out on Monday or Tuesday and to send him a picture. I sent the picture Friday morning and Monday mid-day called and left a message to see when he would be out to install it .. He called Tuesday morning and then said he didn't realize it was a tanksless hot water heater, said it needed new pipes, needed to be moved - none of which is true and bottom line wanted a lot more than he quoted!
