This review is not on Lil Rooter's quality of work. Use Lil Rooter if you enjoy paying cadillac prices for your plumbing work.

He does a quality plumbing job. But his rates is much higher than other plumbers I have used in the hayward fremont area. He'll give you a quote, telling you such national plumbing company charges this higher rate, etc. to convince you his rate charging reasonable rate.

But fact is there are so many reasonably charging plumbers and internet special offers going on the internet (about 20-40% cheaper than lil rooter's quote), MAKE SURE you ALWAYS get a second quote. ESPECIALLY if it's an emergency service call. (Yes, I had used Lil Rooter before for an emergency job.)

He charges 5% if you use credit card for payment. I have never had credit card charge extras with any other Plumbers. Perhaps this review will change his CC 5% charges?

Very high priced, If you question anthing he gets rude . He left our job without completing the job he was paid to do. I would not recommend him to anyone, this is a ripoff business, We will be complaining to the state contractors board

Highly recommended!! The service was remarkable. Very friendly & professional. A pipe broke outside where my water hose is, causing me to have to turn off the water. They were accommodating & came out to service my house the same day. They had the problem fix within hours of me calling them. I will being calling them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

was quite impressed the way Rommel tried to diagnose my problem. As the source of problem was NOT easily identifiable, he opted various alternatives. Then he found that the problem is with my neighbor. He spent reasonable amount of time. He's honest , very knowledgeable experienced plumber & and he explained it.understanding about plumbing made me a permanent customer of Lil ROOTER. I'm also going to recommend others. Great plumbing service overall.

Rommel seems cool enough but his prices are sky high. His guys spoke profanity in spanish, so they were rude. I had them fix a gas leak in my house but I still had a leak underground. The price they gave me for the underground was twice as much as I expected. Also he wasn't planning on using the best materials. Finally I found a very professional guy to do my underground for a fraction of Rommel's price. When PG&E came back to turn my gas on they said my stove was incorrectly connected and would leak. So I had to have someone fix their work. SMH I would never call them again. One star is too much.
