People!!!!!!! listen to the 1 star reviews here. Stay away from Rommel. He is definitely a smooth talker. But his price is ridiculously high. I mean 5X more than the highest quote I got from another plumber. Just found out that he also owns lot of supercars, like Lambo and Ferrari... That probably says alot about how he afford his lifestyle. Always get at least 3 quotes before letting anyone do the work

I recently had two plumbing issues and called Lil Rooter. For the first one they advised that my plumbing was leaking in the pipe behind the shower and the whole surround would need to come out to fixit, estimate up to $32,000 to fix it all. A second plumber simply replaced the cartridge for $300. On the same day I asked Lil Rooter to fix our outdoor faucet that they had repaired last summer ($600). They said it was out of warranty (it had been 13 months instead of 12 months for the warranty). They charged $2500 for this repair. The second plumber told us this repair should have only been $3-400. I contacted Lil Rooter subsequently to give them a chance to make things right. No response. So-o unfair and disappointing.

We had a plumbing problem and called Lil rooter and they showed up same day. Rommel was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He kept us updated the whole way through. I highly recommend Lil rooter, quality work with the best price. They speak Spanish and Tagalog also.

We had leaking pipes, and eventually a major pipe burst in the walls of one of our bathrooms which created horrible amounts of mold and mildew.We called Lil Rooter and they showed up the same day. We received excellent service, and everything was explained to us before any of the work began. They had to take apart the bathroom floor and walls on one side and start from scratch removing all the mold, and then rebuilding the bathroom from the ground up. Rommel kept us in the loop the whole way through. He interfaced with our insurance company and went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Lil Rooter for any of your plumbing needs!

I definitely would recommend Lil Rooter. Oliver replaced my faucet and removed my non working garbage disposal he did an awesome job! Their price was very reasonable and we will use them again for any plumbing issues.

Our kitchen and garage sinks backed up (very gross ) on a Saturday & we knew it would be a real hardship to wait until Monday to call for a plumber, so we called for an emergency plumber & within a short time Oliver from Lil Rooter showed up on our doorstep! And thank goodness he was the one. We had just had a plumber come out on January 3rd and now it was backing up again. Oliver ran a snake 60 feet or more thru the pipes but was not able to unclog it. He kept trying but the backed up water would not drain. He then crawled under the house to check the pipes out and found that our drain pipes were only one and a half inch and they should have been two inch pipes, which was the cause of our problems. He came back the very next morning (on Sunday) with a helper and replaced all the drain pipes, a very difficult job working in the crawl space underneath the house! It's unbelievable and amazing what they were able to accomplish working in that tight crawl space, and they did an excellent job! It's such a relief to have this problem fixed! Oliver really went above & beyond in the service he gave us! He also gave us a senior discount which we very much appreciated! We would highly recommend him to anyone needing and wanting a very expert, dependable and friendly plumber!!!

I'm a Facilities Manager at a Church in Kensington. One of the myriad of gas shutoffs (vintage Johnson Administration era, by the looks of it) was leaking. These guys arrived the day I called, gave a quote, returned the next day, did the job. No fuss, no muss, no ghosting...

Since they're tight with PGE, the techs hung out while the job was finished, which is a plus.
