What a joyful experience hiring Russell! Our renter's showers and sink were not draining well. After calling another company out to run a snake, since we thought it was a simple clog, it was determined it was a much bigger issue, with roots throughout.. needless to say it was a huge headache, and unfortunately, the company was unable to do the work that was needed. I was able to reach Russell right after and have him come out to give a repiping quote within the hour. The next day Russell came out and had the entire repiping done before the end of standard business hours, and our renters were back in their house that day! He was fast, thorough, independent, and kind throughout the process. I appreciated his answers to any questions I had. Would highly recommend his plumbing and maintenance services!
