Art came out to fix a leaky pipe in a wall. Responded to initial quote pretty quick and came out several days later. He fixed the pipe within a few hours. Very reasonable price and cheaper than other quotes. Good quality job.

Arturo, I appreciate your response but I feel that you are missing the point. Yes, we did allow you to cut a hole in our master bedroom wall but you should not have even suggested it in the first place. We didn't know the risks or consequences of cutting that hole (releasing asbestos into our indoor air, needing to patch the hole, etc.) because we're not the experts or professionals. You are. That's why we hired you. This is why I am typing this review.

I also am more upset with your response. I feel that not only do you show a lack of concern or understanding for our plight but it seems to me that you are gloating at our pain and suffering. As I already stated in my original review, I did not sleep well AT ALL after patching the hole. Patching the hole does not restore the original look and condition of the wall. Now my wife is experiencing pain and discomfort in her chest and throat, which I strongly suspect to be from the asbestos released from cutting the hole in the wall.

I do not want others to make the same mistake that we did. The other plumber that we hired, the one who actually completed the repair, also questioned why Arturo cut the hole in the master bedroom wall. Please hire an experienced, knowledgeable, and licensed plumber who knows where to cut, how to detect the leak, and how to properly access and repair it. Just to note, it is illegal for an unlicensed contractor to perform a job exceeding $500 but your final quote ($1,100) and even your initial quote ($550) exceeded those limits.

I'm a repeat customer, my gas line was leaking and gas company shutdown my service,( no heater or hot water in this cold whether). Art was able to successfully bypass a new line into my house, did a great job, very efficient, and he did a testing up to gas company's standards, I highly recommend, you wanna plumber with reliability and a one can trust? We've had them help with a couple different issues around the house, and they did a great job! They first helped us descale our water heater, and even took a look at the low flow in our kitchen sink for free too. Another time they were able to replace our pressure reducing valve which had broken and cut off all water flow to our house. It broke in the afternoon, and they were able to come first thing the next morning. Their prices are also definitely reasonable. We highly recommend them!

Needed to find a plumber to install a new sink at a new home that my mother in law purchased in Diamond Bar. In addition to the sink and faucet there were several other smaller jobs. Art came by and gave us an estimate. On the morning of the job we gave him another job that was not included in the estimate. Also the sink that we got was not the right size and he had to cut down the granite for the sink to fit. Even with the additional work, he honored the estimate and only charged an extra $100 for the additional work that we pushed on him last minute. He was honest in every aspect of the job and he knew what he was doing. He is an honest problem solver and a great plumber. I will definitely call him again!

Lightning plumbing and rooter was amazing!!!
I had a broken n leaking water in my front yard underneath the concrete. Art and his team was the first to respond and he gave me the cheapest quote out of the 5 different plumbing companies! He quoted me $2,600 for the job while others quoted me $7,000, $6,000, $5,500 and $$3,650. As soon as I informed the other companies that he quoted me a lot less everybody else dropped their prices which made me suspicious of them trying to rip me off. So I went with lightning plumbing! Art was able to come in the same day and fix everything while I was at work! I didn't even get to see him face to face and he got the job done! Thank you art and your crew as well!!!
He sent me photos of the job as well and sent me invoices through my phone!

I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future for plumbing jobs!!!
