Called with a pressure tank leak at around 8pm, diagnosed the problem and was assured it would be taken care of the next day. Once on site, they decided it was too much for them and called me to let me know how much he hates when customers do anything, and that they would be packing up and leaving my wife and kids without water. If you're looking to get something actually fixed, look elsewhere.

We called LQ to come out and re-verify their previous estimate for moving the air tank of our well on June 12. While present, LQ advised to have an electrician present. We scheduled an appointment for a month later on July 11. On the appointed date/time, the electricians showed up on time as expected, but LQ was nowhere to be found. We had to call LQ to find out if they were coming as scheduled, and they were not. The electricians came from Tallahassee and did not come for free. If we could rate LQ below 1 star, we would. Would we recommend LQ - not just no, but, ---- no. If you need well repair/work, call a professional from Tallahassee, any possible trip charge is worth the peace of mind.
