Lighthouse plumbing is awesome. A great FAMILY run business. They always take good care of us quickly and they price fairly. Thanks Guys - K Lynn

From scheduling to work completion, Lighthouse Plumbing is so easy to work with. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. They returned our call for service promptly; and so we were able to get an appointment right away. Cameron, our plumber was punctual, professional, friendly and polite. He did a great job. He is our """"go to guy"""" now.

Did not follow instructions at all. Three times came to my house and work was done wrong. I was on a business call when they first came and said they were done so I paid them. When I saw what they did I called and they sent someone back out who fixed only one of the three issues. Still not doing the work I originally asked and paid for but at least fixed one problem. I still have pipes in the wrong spots sticking up out of now where and one section of small water lines that connect nowhere. Service has gone down drastically everywhere but this is unacceptable for $800

Zack was fantastic. Quick and thorough. Friendly and professional, cleaned up after he worked...he is our """"go to"""" from now on!

If you're seeking honesty and integrity in your plumbing company, you'd better search for another plumber. Lighthouse Plumbing installed an instant hot water heater for my elderly parents' (in their 90's) Jupiter condo in February of 2019. Charged $1,025 total, parts & labor. Water heater had a 3 year warranty. In May of this year (2021), within the 3 year warranty period, the heater stopped working. My parents called Lighthouse Plumbing to have the heater repaired. The tech came out, told my parents he needed to order a part to repair the heater. The tech returned a few days later, installed a new hot water heater (identical to the failed unit) and presented my folks with a bill for $1,900. When I called Cheryl at Lighthouse Plumbing questioning the outrageous increase in service charge from 2 years earlier she promptly mailed my folks a $900 refund check. (So, what if I didn't call?...ripping off old, unsuspecting folks!!! Great family business!!). When I then pointed out to her that the heater had a 3 year warranty she said I'd have to take that up with the manufacturer myself (great customer service! Standing by the products you sell your customers!!). I contacted the out of state supplier who informed me they could send a replacement heater, but could not refund us since the sale went through a distributor. Replacement heater received. When I brought it to Cheryl at Lighthouse Plumbing she refused to accept the heater and issue us a refund!!! Fortunately, the folks at Sunshine Plumbing Supply, Joe Binkley in particular, were willing to step in and honor the warranty that Lighthouse Plumbing refused to honor. Not sure what markup Lighthouse Plumbing took on the heater, but at least my elderly parents were able to get a refund on the wholesale cost of the heater. Moral of the story... #1 - Stay the heck away from Lighthouse Plumbing - Untrustworthy and do not stand behind their products or service. #2 When in need of plumbing supplies, head over to Sunshine Plumbing Supply in Jupiter, an honorable company that stands by the products they sell!!

Lighthouse Plumbing recently did a few Jobs in our condo. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend them. Professional, good price, on time, and quality work.

I'm not one to bash a small business but my experience with Lighthouse Plumbing was a total fail. I scheduled an appt to have 3 faucets and a garbage disposal installed. Two young men showed up and let me know the sink flange was not long enough to hold the garbage disposal and that I could pick one up at Home Depot. Since they had 2 other faucets to install I said I would run to Home Depot and pick it up. Well, Home Depot told me they only carry a standard flange but the appliance section may have something that works so I purchased 2 other drain assembly's from the appliance dept to see if they could use either of these. When I returned home the guys were gone. My home was left open and unsecured without a note as to if/when they would return and/or whether the other sinks were operable (water was not turned on). Not knowing if maybe they went for a lunch break, I waited an hour and then called the office to inquire only to be hit with a very unprofessional response from the co-owner of the business Cheryl who responded with """"I can't keep my guys at your house while you go shopping for parts"""". What? Her guys told me to go to Home Depot and purchase the part. I would expect some type of communication as to where we're at with the job. So, Cheryl said she would 'schedule' me for another day to complete the work. No thank you. I cleaned off the plumbers putty left on my new $800+ sink and called another plumber to come in and redo the 2 leaking faucets they had installed and complete the work. Communication is key to a successful business. Also, please train your guys to reach out to whoever the more experienced plumber is for advise if they're in a situation they're not familiar with. Not cool to leave a homeowner in the dark and w/out H2O. I hire licensed/insured companies for a reason - I want the job done and I want it done right.

Lighthouse plumbing was paid thousands (10k+) to convert potentially bad plumbing to up-to-date plumbing. My mother, who is 74, trusted them because others in her community used them, and I'm sure the Jupiter location and lighthouse logo didn't hurt! I confronted LP about how the copper pipes were mounted on the exterior of the home as they did the job. They had copper pipes running down the white exterior wall of a home in a beautiful Palm Beach Gardens community. Subpar work anywhere in modern times! LP said it wasn't possible to mount on the interior and refused to mount on the interior. I was then assured that this was okay and would not be an issue with the HOA. I explained that it would be an issue for me if the HOA or Code was violated. I was assured it would not be a problem! End result... their work resulted in an HOA violation and costing more out-of-pocket expenses to correct! Modern plumbing is not normally run down the exterior of a home! Grant said he would correct the plumbing with more money and at a discount ($395), which he stated was """"at cost"""". Grant said he cannot be expected to be held accountable for HOA rules. It should be noted that Grant was yelling at me when I called him out on the deception. I questioned his yelling when he finally allowed me to speak and Grant blamed his loud voice on his diesel truck. Ok. lol. It appears that running pipes down the exterior like the 60's is easier and more lucrative . Why would you hire this company??? Buyer beware!!! In my opinion, based on education and experience, Grant wanted to make more money by cutting corners by being misleading and deceptive. We were 100% willing to have the job done right the first time. Grant complained that he would have to charge more. It's sad that some contractors are deceptive and lack transparency. I get it though...I guess there's a lot of older people here to take advantage of.

We had an emergency and needed a toilet replaced immediately. They were able schedule us later that day, showed up right on time and installed the new toilet without issue. They even cleaned up the broken pieces of the old toilet and took the old toilet and all the new packaging. Price was reasonable too!

Have used them several times over the years at various properties. They show up on time. the work is completed on time. the price is very expensive. Wanted to charge $800 labor to swap out a water heater in a garage. Its a 1.5 hr job at most. When I asked about high labor cost, the reply was """"that's what I get"""". Not its a tough job, or highly technical. Just he can get away with charging that. I paid 300 and the tech got me an $85 coupon towards the cost of the heater from Homedepot.
