Josh, who I understand is the owner of Lighthouse Plumbing, came out to the VRBO home where we are staying this week, to look at a leaking valve under a sink. Despite the fact that it is a holiday week, he squeezed us in his schedule and arrived promptly. Josh was polite and friendly, and fixed the problem in no time at all. I can't speak to the rates, since he was hired by the VRBO manager/owner, but if I lived in Beaufort, I would definitely call Josh for any plumbing needs.

Josh was incredible, he not only helped me quickly but he did more than I asked for at the same price. I will only call Lighthouse every time I need a plumber.

If it were possible to give them zero stars, I would! Lowe's subcontracted them for us to put in a sink, and now (over a year later) they are sending us extra bills for jobs that we have already paid for. I understand mistakes happen, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt... but when I spoke with Melissa, she was nothing but RUDE and combative. Don't expect any customer service from these guys.
