Bobby re-established contact with me today aAfter I had posted an earlier review, which said that I had contacted him numerous telephone attempts and he and he addressed my earlier issue at no charge. Bobby works alone and as a result because he is very talented he has a very very busy schedule. As a result of this overload, at times it takes him a long period of time to reply to a telephone message from a potential customer.I hope somehow he could solve the problem of getting back to you potential inquiring customers from either New clients or older clients that are awaiting service. Very unprofessional. I had to hire a different plumber after to actually find and fix the leak that he did not. Bobby was a nightmare to deal with. Nobody in need of plumbing work needs the added stress of his attitude and incompetence.
