Tom Miller at Lighthouse Plumbing has been my one and only plumbing company for the last 25 years. Over the years, Tom has installed 3 furnaces, 1 shower, 2 garbage disposals, 2 hose lines/ bibs and lots more. Tom is personable and reasonably priced.
I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Tom was my plumber. A few years ago, he installed a new tub in my master bath, which I paid him for. It leaked into the ceiling below it, he ""fixed"" it, I paid him again, but it continued to leak. Repeat last sentence again! Still leaked. So I tore out the sheetrock from below and with a new plumber figured out the problem... Tom fractured a plastic pipe upon install, which is now hopefully fixed for good. Oh and I should add I called Tom a couple times for this last round, but he never returned my calls. Probably because he knew I for sure wasn't going to pay him. So I also did the sheet rock work myself. I figure Tom owes me some friggin money. So yes, this is not a favorable review.

I called about a leaking garbage disposal in the kitchen and a running toilet upstairs. Return call was prompt and scheduling was easy. The kitchen disposal was changed quickly and works great. $200 was a fair price for parts and labor. The upstairs toilet is where things went wrong. It's an older model so he didn't have the part on hand. When he came back, he was finished replacing the gasket in 10 minutes. $100. Not bad if for the fact that it made the problem much worse. Now the toilet leaked so much the tank had to refill every 15 minutes. We called to have him return and left a message explaining the issue. No return call. Now the toilet doesn't work at all, just runs constantly and we had to shut the water off and call a new plumber.
