Laura D.RUDE, RUDE person and very unpleasant and unprofessional to talk to. Tom was working on a job when I called. I had a urgent matter to ask for an appointment. His words.. "" I will come to your job if you pay me what I'm making on my BIG job!"" I Sutter to ask what that would be( Single parent) Funny I never asked him to DROP what he was doing. He never made an appointment with me just said,"" I can come later this week."" No phone etiquette at all. By the third day of trying to find out if he was coming, I called someone else and called to let him know, I have someone else to be polite and his words were ""Sweet thank you!"" I guess he didn't need my business.
