I thought they were a good company , then the shady business practices started: my experience started with them during the Imelda storm for an emergency: the young man Steven came by in a timely manner. He evaluated and pinpointed the issue and got to work. While chatting, he up sold me on some additional work he would do for me that same day. I was delighted. I am a disabled veteran that served 20 years in the military that still works in order to support my family. Money can be tight , but so is my time. I agreed to pay him 1000 dollars on top of the work completed for a new toilet and install. He tried to fix the one I had to no avail. I only agreed to do the work when Steven promised to return and install a sink a P trap in the same bathroom for no additional charge. He wrote the note on his tablet on my invoice and I paid him. Toilet works great. I call to set up the appointment for the sink : and get , oh , I'm sorry Steven is no longer with the company. The young lady I spoke with ( Rose) talks to an owner/manager and then tells me . We will get it done. As promised, no additional fee! I said thank you and set the appointment. The day comes . Another so called owner calls and says , we don't free work! I explained to him that I paid for it before. He says there is nothing on my notes; but I can offer you a half off deal. What a joke, then his appointment setter back tracks and says I never told him this was free. I did go on a tirade and at this point, didn't want these shady people in my house. My suggestion is to please record any promises these guys make and take pictures of invoices or get copies right away. The so called owner basically told me , I don't do sh#@ for free . Well lifeline, you got my money and I got a broken promise.

Love Lifeline so much, as it's Always difficult to find a plumber you can trust. I had a pretty complicated issue in my home, And they solved it pretty quickly and efficiently. The plumbers they sent and we're very knowledgeable, courteous, and clean! They gave me a great price and stuck to it! Highly recommend it.

Very unprofessional! After using this company for brand new water heater and pilot light keep popping off. Issac told us we may have a draft in roof. He told us to call a roofing company, left and slammed my front door. Unacceptable and unprofessional! Not happy at all! Owner came out same day after we complained on rough treatment. Owner was helpful hence the 2 stars. He educated us on issue, fixed the problem so we know what was going on. Don't deal with Issac Urbana as he is rude!!!

I am visiting my parents and their toilet broke, as well as a leak on the kitchen sink. They agreed to do a free visit and costing so I booked.
Isaac and Efran arrived spot on 9am as agreed and were absolutely the most friendly people I have dealt with. Extremely trustworthy and walked me through all the required repairs.
They perceived the work within three hours and explained each of the costs that were required. Highly recommend and would use again. Thanks!!

I am absolutely unhappy with the price they charged for just replacing the Kitchen Sink Basket Strainer and the new sink disposer. Total cost: $793. I don't think elsewhere charges more than $250 (parts & labor). I will never ever ever use their services ever again. Please see invoice below

We had a french drain issue that was causing our pool to not drain. A REAL PERSON answered our call Sunday and she was very knowledgeable. They even offered a solution over the phone that could have saved us money. We instead chose for them to come out which was a good thing because we could not have fixed the issue. Mike was very professional, caring, and meticulous with their work. We will use this company forever! They answer 24/7!

"Cleared and cleaned out storm water drain system." Mike and Ephrian did a fantastic job! Prompt arrival, went right to work, cleared out obstruction for the price quoted.

Very pleased, quick to respond came out promptly and fixed my leak in a timely fashion
Definitely recommend this company
Will be using them again for future plumbing issues

I needed a shower valve replaced. I created a hole in the wall and purchased the new valve and cover. All was ready to go when the plumber and helper arrived. They finished in exactly 1 hour and we negotiated a fair price. Both the plumber were very courteous and professional. Good job.

We were very disappointed in the quality of customer service provided by the OWNER of this company. The owner came to our home on a Wednesday to address a leaking bath faucet. He quoted one price and then IMMEDIATELY offered a $100 discount when we questioned the amount. (IMMEDIATELY....did he over charge us from the beginning?) He took the faucet apart and stopped the leak. However, he did not have the replacement piece on hand and said he would return on Friday to finish the job. After several phone calls on Friday and Saturday he finally sent another plumber out on SUNDAY to finish the job. The new plumber said there would be an additional charge for the replacement part. We questioned this charge as we made payment on Wednesday and assumed it was in full. The plumber then phoned the owner who told him to leave our house and fire us as customers! How unprofessional is that! He was three days late in completing the work, charged us more than he originally quoted and then threatened to FIRE us as customers. Questionable pricing practices, poor customer service and unprofessional leadership.
PS. We used Lifeline about a year ago and were very pleased with the service and had referred others to them. We'll be looking for another plumber moving forward.
