Carl M. Lieber was born in October 1894. Having worked for Hanson Brothers Plumbing in Oklahoma City for many years, he decided to establish his own business, launching Lieber Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning in 1949. He managed his company from his home and garage at 1010 W. Park Place in Oklahoma City until he reached 81 years of age. In 1972, Carl's son-in-law, William E. “Bill” Carroll, became part of the team. The following year, Bill's 14-year-old son, Craig, began to help out.
Craig obtained licenses as a Journeyman Plumber, Natural Gas Fitter, Mechanical Contractor, and Refrigeration technician.
In 2008, Craig Carroll chose to revive and restore the family business under the new name of Lieber Mechanical LLC. Though the name evolved, the company remained committed to honoring the Lieber legacy… built on our F.O.U.R. Core Values … Family, Opportunity, United, and Respect.
I chose to be part of Lieber Mechanical because it is a family-oriented business, which matters to me and my family. This focus allows us to maintain a healthy work/life balance. This spring, they introduced us to Alonzo. He arrived on time and ready to work. He is a very polite individual always asking permission to enter the house and access the A/C unit. He explained each aspect of the service he was providing to us. Whenever he worked on the outside unit, he always asked permission to re-enter the home. Once finished, he explained the measurements and readings he took. Showed us a couple of additional items needing repair even going so far as to take pictures to show us the parts.
I am very appreciative of Alonzo. If you ever need this company, you won't have to worry about the level of service provided.
