In October 1894, Carl M. Lieber entered the world. Having worked for Hanson Brothers Plumbing in Oklahoma City for many years, he ventured out independently, creating Lieber Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning in 1949. He managed his company from his home and garage at 1010 W. Park Place in Oklahoma City until he reached 81 years of age. William E. “Bill” Carroll, Carl's son-in-law, joined the business in 1972. The following year, Bill's 14-year-old son, Craig, began to help out.

Craig secured his Journeyman Plumber's license, Natural Gas Fitter's license, Mechanical Contractor's License, and Refrigeration certification.

Craig Carroll made the decision in 2008 to reestablish the family business, renaming it Lieber Mechanical LLC. Though the name evolved, the company remained committed to honoring the Lieber legacy… built on our F.O.U.R. Core Values … Family, Opportunity, United, and Respect.

I decided to work at Lieber Mechanical due to its family-centered approach, which is significant for my family and me. This focus allows us to maintain a healthy work/life balance. As a result, we extend that respect to our customers, treating them as if they are part of the Lieber Family.
