If I could give them no stars, I would. AVOID! This business is a fraud! They will quote you verbally thousands of dollars for work that is not required and show you fake pictures. After placing a deposit for work and then canceling, they continue to lie about giving me a refund. They've owed me almost $1,000 for over 30 days. I am in the process of suing them and will be bringing representation with me tomorrow when I enter their business.

This is the ACCURATE REVIEW of lickety This is a SCAM OPERATION ..they will come out and say they are paid by the hour bla bla bla Then the person Steven will be on the phone..they will NOT FIX YOUR AC Then Steven will swipe your credit card which you used to have them out without your permission . I am a WIDOW my husband a veteran died of service connected ALS I asked them not to swipe my card as it didn't appear they knew what they were doing They swiped it for $1,000 AND DID NOT FIX anything I have proof and pictures from Donavan heating and air Who came out the next morning to fix it .. I have reported them to the BBB FTC And taking them to small claims court where I will win hands down .the company even calls and leaves me messages for a check up LOL to be a good liar you better have a good memory Had I used my navy federal card /I didn't trust them to use that . I used another card which is pretty pathetic I filed a claim but they were and mess so ill sue them for way more than $1,000 TAKE IT FROM ME THIS IS LICKETY SLICK! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR YOUR HOME !

Extremely disappointed in this company. They came to our house to diagnose water backed up in our kitchen sinks & dishwasher. They 'jetted' our sewer lines which eliminated the clog, but they stated that they'd need to repair a 'belly' in our sewer line to resolve the issue. They quoted us an estimate of $21,000, so we decided to get a second opinion. The other company diagnosed the problem to have been simply a clog created by the disposal which had already been corrected by the 'jetting' done earlier. We feel they were attempting to take advantage of us, even using high pressure sales tactics and then offering to reduce the estimate to $18K. We feel this company acted in an unethical manner. Read their negative Google reviews and you learn that they've done this same thing to other. We will definitely NOT be using them for any future service needs!

Another money hungry company. Our water softener has been acting up so my fiancé called the first person he found online to come out. He came out for $99 and said testing our water was part of the plan. I was against him coming in due to just wanting to know if we needed a new water softener or it can be repaired however my fiancé did pay the money and if it's included so be it. When he came in he was more interested in everything else other than telling us about the water softener. He was her for almost 3 hours-took a half hour in his truck to get a guy on the phone to quote us $4500 for a new water softener.

I had an A/C problem over the holiday weekend and Lickety split was prompt and professional with caring for my problem. They even came within the hour! They also recommended the best options for my budget and needs. Which took the hassle out of how. The technician was professional, courteous and thorough ensuring the problem wouldn't revert. I appreciated it especially with this heat.

Called to have a sewage clog checked out, and was told a tech would call me to schedule an appointment. That never happened. The next day I needed to upgrade to an emergency, as both toilets in the house were OOC. They took all my information again like it was my first time calling. When I asked how come, they were snappy and rude. Even after I upgraded to an emergency appointment, still no call. I called David Gray and they were at my house within an hour and a half. Still haven't heard from anyone at Lickety, and after reading some of the other reviews, I'm thankful. Stay away from this company!!!!

As a 73 year old retired contractor, I was amazed by the unprofessional operations of this company. Avoid this company like the plague. I was promised a two day job to pump out the septic tank and replace the sump pump. The job actually took 18 days to complete. The first company representative told me I needed a """"T"""" filter in my system to keep the pump functioning. Since I was not familiar with a """"T"""" filter, I relied on his professional advice. The cost was $1,300. This """"special"""" T filter turned out to be a $48.48 plastic part available on Amazon and took 15 minutes to instal. The first sump pump was installed and the wires were cut when they closed the tank cover on it. Multiple schedules were missed with no calls to let me know.
