So easy to communicate with Albert. Everything was clear. Ivan arrived within the promised time. He did an excellent job. Appreciated that he is experienced. Didn't chat but was cordial which I appreciated. Loved that they communicate by text which is my preferred method but they do answer the phone and return your message if on another call. Will call them in the future for other plumbing projects.

Liberty Plumbing/Albert had previously done work for us and some family members before, and we were very pleased with their price, work and professionalism. Ever since then I have highly recommended them to anyone who has needed any plumbing services.

Well, we needed their services again. Even though I have their number on speed dial on my phone, I went online to see their hours of operations, and it was great to see all the positive and five star reviews they have received since the last time we contracted them.

We had a water leak in our middle bathroom, one of our sinks had been leaking for a while. One of the shut off valves had corroded and broken off and had been leaking for at least a week. Needless to say, there was water everywhere, especially underneath the vanity. So, I had to remove both the vanity and the sinks (we have a dual sink) and do some temporary plumbing repairs myself.

Long story short, we decided to install a new vanity and sink along with some remodeling that is needed. We decided to do away with the dual sinks and just have one sink. I called Liberty Plumbing and like always Albert was quick to answer and a pleasure to speak with. I said that we needed to consolidate our water lines and drain lines into one.

Albert asked me to send him some pictures so he could know exactly what he needed to do. After he received the pictures, he gave me a price and an installation date/time. And as always, Liberty Plumbing/Albert were on time and did a fantastic job! The price they quoted was the price they charged: no haggling. The work was clean and done in a timely manner. There are other plumbing companies and maybe different prices out there, but why chance it when you know the work that has to be done and the company that knows how to do it right!

I had a horrible smell coming my master bathroom, so I called Liberty plumbing! Ivan came and asked a couple questions, assessed my toilet and explained what he thought the problem was and what he would do to test it! Turns out my wax seal was eroded so he and Albert replaced it. They were both very respectful, kind, and helpful! I definitely appreciate Ivan explaining the problem to me and answering my questions.
The job didn't take more than 45 minutes and everything is working well!

I live in Washington state and was having trouble contacting a plumber to fix the water leak at my mother's house in El Paso, TX. There was a leak in the front yard spilling water onto the street. I called several plumbers and nobody was calling me back to get an estimate for a repair. I found Liberty Plumbing on Anji's list and they promptly answered my call. I noticed they had many 5-star reviews. They went down and gave me a reasonable estimate to which I agreed. The repair was done including the concrete by a plumber named Albert with the approval of my brother on site. I highly recommend them.

I am new to El Paso and needed a water softener / conditioning system and reverse osmosis system for my house. Liberty Plumbing came to give an estimate. Albert was very informative, polite and honest about what his company could do. Once I got the estimate, I was blown away at how fair his price was. He came a week later to install the system. He and his partner, Mike, installed the systems and even installed a new kitchen faucet. They left my home clean and organized. I highly recommend anyone considering giving Liberty Plumbing a call.
