Cannot say I would recommend since owner seemed to forget about set appointments. Was told project will be done in one day, and that did not happen. Was told owner of company would do a final walk-through to make sure project was completed to spec, not only did he pull a no-show, he did it twice.
I would have expected this treatment if it was a low budget job, but to pay good money and having to deal with the dependability issue (had to take time off work to meet appointments he never showed up to) WAS NOT WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY. Apologies were never offered, he said prices were reasonable with competition, but I would have to reject the fairness of price to project done when I had to keep making new appointments to deal with this guy who doesn't respect other's time.

My septic system backed up this past weekend and started to flood my downstairs bathroom, luckily we caught it in time and it didn't cause any damage. So after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to give Liberty a call. After a couple a minor delays, they were able to come out to service my septic system and they did not disappoint. They got everything done quickly and responsibly. Not only did they do the job, but throughout the entire time they were here, the showed me each step they were performing (at their request none the less). While pumping our septic system, they found and fixed a broken pipe and concrete lid other companies failed to find. After all was said and done they did a great job and we no longer have any of the issues we had in the past. The guys from Liberty were friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Liberty to anyone looking to service their septic system!!!!

Liberty came to service my septic tank today and my only regret is not using him before. Two years ago we had some bad issues, including a flooded house, and the company I called came out three times in two months. I know nothing about septic, just thought I had uniquely bad problems. Our neighbor had Liberty at his house yesterday, so we asked if they could service ours just as a maintenance call, to avoid problems again. This guy knew so much more, did such a better job, explained why service didn't work previously, etc.. Just really knew his stuff. Worked like crazy for four hours, dug up three holes, drained them, showed me what was happening. I was very impressed. Very reasonable cost. This kind of service is hard to find, I'm very very pleased.

Alex was so helpful and accommodating. He sent a guy early the next day after I called in the evening about my clogged drain line . He followed up with phone call to ensure the issue had been solved . Definitely I am glad to have found a reliable trustworthy plumbing company . I'm very grateful !

Liberty was recommended to me by Lucas plumbing. He told me they were reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. I called him in the morning and he was able to come out the same day. His crew worked quick and did a great job with clean up! I definitely recommend them. We will be calling him back in a few years when we need it pumped again.

Liberty Septic is the best!
Alex, the owner, is a phenomenal asset. He is prompt, professional and goes above and beyond for clients. As the owner of a large multi-family property with a large Septic area, Liberty has consistently under promised and over performed on their services at the most competitive pricing. We have also used their plumbing services to great satisfaction. Both before and after a job, Alex always has time to answer my questions and provide insight and feedback. It is too bad they don't offer other trade services as well. I am an extremely happy customer and would recommend them without question.

This guy is a joke. He was late on a Friday then it turns out he couldn't do the job until Monday. So my family was out of showers, toilets etc... for the whole weekend. When he finally shows up on Monday(he was late again btw) he said he'd be back on Tuesday. What a joke. I kicked him out of my house that instant. Biggest waste of time ever. So I decided to call a real professional.
