We were unfortunate to have experienced a sewer blockage early March upon returning from a vacation. We were referred to Liberty Plumbing by our usual plumber who was busy with other work. Jerry came right away to attempt to resolve. He followed the issue through to resolved! He was personable, responsive, and efficient. We much appreciated his work ethics!

Thank you Jeri, ""he even came out on after hours, professional, nice, and honest."" He was the 2nd person we called the first company, from Elkhorn, not Liberty said we need a new water heaters he lied. But Jeri with Liberty Plumbing was honesty Very thankful for honest company's.

Jeri from Liberty Plumbing is awesome. He did a great job when we were remodeling our home and needed an expert Plumber. Our home was built in the 1970's and some of the previous owners had made some plumbing changes to the home that wasn't up to code. Jeri fixed it all and was available when we needed him to come over.

I would recommend Jeri for any plumbing needs that you may have. He's professional and honest.

I found Jeri on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad he was recommended to me. He has installed a new garbage disposal when my other one was broken, fixed a leaky bathroom toilet seal, and repaired a rusted pipe. Each time the bill has been lower than I expected. A year ago, I called a different company when Jeri was out of town. My basement had an odd smell and I couldn't figure out why, but I suspected it had to do with a drain. They came out and suggested that I could have a problem with my main line and that I should probably spend hundreds of dollars for them to send a camera down there to check. I am so glad I waited for Jeri to come back to town. He came over and realized the only problem was that my drain trap was drying out. He told me to run water through it each month and put a thin layer of mineral oil on the top to prevent the sewer gases from getting into the house if the water level got low. Voila! No sewer smells and he didn't even charge me for the house call compared to the other company that seemed to wanted to fleece me. Now I'll never call anyone other than Jeri and Liberty Plumbing!

The owner, Jeri Spotts was hired to hook up my garbage disposal, put in a soap dispenser and an air activated sink top garbage disposal switch and hook up my dishwasher. He
put in the soap dispenser and the sink top switch but he refused to plug it in and hook up the tubing to the switch because he said the outlet that the switch plugs into was not easily accessible from behind the cut out of the cabinet and he might drop it. He also put on the rim of the disposal on the sink and then looked at the disposal and said it won't work because the discharge tube on the disposal was too low to attach to the drain. So that was not fixed. I think a good plumber would have checked if it fit first. He said I would have to re plumb from behind the dishwasher to lower the drain tube. I am not sure what he did with the dishwasher hook up because yesterday I had another plumber come and he said the dishwasher leaked, pulled it out and said it was not hooked up. At the end Jeri Spotts gave me his bill for $200.00 and I basically got a soap dispenser installed. This guy is terrible. Don't use him.

It's never fun to need a plumber, but I'm so thankful to have found Jeri at Liberty Plumbing! He's unclogged my washer drain, fixed a leaky toilet, replaced the valve and fixtures in a shower and even fixed a gas leak on my furnace. Jeri hustles and gets it all done quickly. He is my #1 call when my plumbing is hurtin'. He doesn't break the bank either!
