We called Liberty after 2 plumbing companies recommended them as they didn't deal with well services. My 80 year old mother who lives alone was having yellow water. We are an hr away, I left work early Dave the owner came out personally to test her water and get to the problem. It was her softener, and since her water tank was over 20 yrs old, he suggested getting a new one, and flushing out the well. It was a lot for my mom to take in. But he explained it to her carefully and throughly so she understood, gave her options to do whatever is best for her financially, offered to talk with my husband, kept in touch after hours if needed. He goes above and beyond what's expected from a company. The difference between a good company and a GREAT one is customer service and this is a GREAT company!! I can't recommend them enough. Great quality service, products and very efficient. Highly recommend!

3 years ago I purchased a new water heater from them with a long warranty. The tank started leaking the other day, so out they came to replace it. Discovered the warranty only covered the tank, not the installation to replace it. So, $450.00 later I have a new tank. The plumber that came out was friendly and knowledgeable, however left quite a mess. I was always taught when you do a job, you leave the area the way you found it, neat and tidy, with moved items replaced to their original positions. Called Dave the owner two days ago to find out about the current warranty with the new tank; still waiting for a reply.

Honest and helpful. Our 17-year-old Wellmate tank had a trickle of water coming out of the bottom. They came out the same day, diagnosed it as needing an air charge - which we had no idea we needed to do! They could have easily sold us a new tank for several thousand dollars, but were honest and informative about future maintenance. Very impressed with their techs and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Moved to Napoleon last year. We hired Dave and his crew to install a shower in our full bath. They didn't seal it properly and it leaked through the floor and into our kitchen causing quite a mess. They took responsibility for their mistake, but Dave and his team were extremely unprofessional. My Wife was uncomfortable having them in our house without me home. Dave sent two separate employees out to do the work and the first one was trying to get side jobs solo on work to be done on our house. The other didn't follow through on his commitments in terms of when he promised to be out to do the work. When I called Dave, his exact words were, ""nobody wants your Wife and we could have finished the work if you let us come when it was convenient "". I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment and would NEVER recommend Dave or his crew. Too many other options out there. I get it. There's two sides to every story, but this is the absolute truth and I'm shocked he's still in business. Do yourself a favor and pick a different company. Very sad they treat their customers this way. I finished the ceiling work myself just to avoid further aggravation.

Liberty came out yesterday April 10, 2019 to fix my 95, read mother's toilet tank. They replaced the bulb (bladder?). And charged her $157!
I hope they enjoy the money because that's the last they will see from my family, friends and anyone who will listen to me!

I had them replace a well pressure tank last year and was very satisfied with their work and the cost was very reasonable. I just had them replace a garbage disposal and shut off valves for the kitchen sink. Again, Good work, reasonable cost. They arrived when they said they would, they communicate well and conduct themselves professionally.

DISHONEST and UNETHICAL! Dave tried charging me for 10 hrs for two guys (20hrs x $90) to drop a PVC pipe in a ditch. They worked no more than three to four hours. He said I had to pay for travel time and for his two guys to leave and go get the materials they should of already had with them. The work was terrible and not what I had hired them to do. They broke a pipe and basically patched it up, leaving me with my same problem. Hire at your own risk. I lodged a complaint with the better business bureau. This is the shadiest business I have ever dealt with in my life.

Truly unprofessional and dishonest to the extent that they recommend that their customers commit insurance fraud. I would strongly suggest against considering them for any services unless you don't mind being charged for incomplete and unnecessary work.
