We used them for a renovation of an old building. They do things the right way, are easy to talk to, and the prices seemed reasonable. We are using them on a second project and plan to continue with them.

I think I may have left 2-3 reviews in my life, but people need to be warned.

First, we are told they will be at our apartment on Saturday at 9:30 am, so I am up at 8:30 prepping waiting. It's 11am and I finally give up and go on about my day. While my boyfriend and I are at work Monday morning we get a call complaining that they cannot get into our apartment. We had zero knowledge of them coming Monday, otherwise we would've declined and asked for another date. Once we call back they said I don't know why your first appointment was Saturday, we don't work on Saturdays. *Tip for good business- Call the client next time to let them know there was a miscommunication and set up a better time.
Second, because I can get over miscommunications and a low level of professionalism. We are backed into them coming today (yes, they were there this morning). They come and again can't get into the front door which is really on the super, not us. They finally get in (I guess?) because my boyfriend comes home to a huge hole in our shower ceiling being covered by some sort of paper and tape, my shower curtain and liner are thrown into a corner on top of my pajamas, our toilet paper is out, the toilet seat is filthy, and our shower caddy was thrown and left in the sink.

No call, no email, no text, nothing. We have no idea if and when they are coming back, I've got to throw my newly-cleaned pajamas back into the dirty clothes basket, and plan on going home to clean and reorganize my bathroom.

This company has been nothing but a nightmare and should not be in operation as they seem to only cause more damage than there was to begin with. It began as a simple leak from the apartment above us. Little tiny shower.. little tiny hole. No big deal, one would think.

If this is some crazy story of a plumber who was in my apartment, stepped out for lunch, got locked out and couldn't get back in....

Cool, I am down to listen. Otherwise, I believe I am owed some sort of communication, apology, and game plan as to how this situation is going to be fixed.

On November 6, 2017 I had a problem since my baseboard radiators on the front part of my first floor apartment were not getting hot. There appeared to be air in the baseboard radiators.
I called Liberty Plumbing and Heating and talked to Pat,the office manager . She told me that the men had a lot of jobs scheduled but she promised me she would get them to my residence to resolve my heating problem . She called me back and set up an appointment for noon.
Two service men came and one man , Dominic bled the lines of the baseboards on the first and second floors and the other man checked the radiator baseboards to see if they were receiving heat. Dominic worked on removing air from the lines until my front baseboard radiators were piping hot. They did a great job and the labor price was very reasonable. They charged me only $130.00 and they worked for an hour! I highly recommend this company!
