Liberty Plumbing came out to our house to repair a heavily leaking kitchen faucet and did a great job. They listened to us regarding what we specifically wanted in the replacement and found the perfect faucet for us. They were quick, clean and really nice to deal with. We liked their service so much that we asked them to handle replacement of two aging and constantly running toilets. Ari, gave us estimates for three different kinds of toilets with different price points and went over all of the pros and cons of them. They were able to source the toilets and get them installed the next day. Both Ari and Israel were not only very pleasant to deal with but also very caring about the quality of their work. They are also very affordable, I suspect that they charged us the wholesale price for the toilets and faucet as the final bill was actually less than we expected.

Ari and his helper from Liberty Plumbing and Heating were prompt and did a great job clearing the clogged drains in the kitchen and bathroom. The pipes were old and he replaced the metal pipe under the kitchen sink when he noticed wet stains indicating a leak was starting. Everything was cleaned up after and the price was fair.

I called liberty Plumbing for the first time this morning to take care of a sawer smell from ome side of the house. The workers came a few hours after the call and crewled under the house. They were so glad to tell me that my plumbing looks great and the smell is most probably from elswear. We figured out together that it came from a fly trap . And i was so happy since all i needed to pay is a service call. Then with no addition cost they checked my water presure( i habe never seen any plumber do this).
At 8:15 p.m. we came to make dinner to realize that the gas isnt working. I messaged Ari and within a sec got a call back . He cam out at 9:00 p.m
Just to reset the shutoff valve and turn the gas on. Withouy even asking if it was his workers fault pr not!!!!

I live in a grand old building in Beverly Hills. My neighbors are super sweet and we look out for each other. It's just ... pleasant to live in my little townhome. Another thing that is so pleasant is the care of my landlord. Unlike many, she wants to hear about tenant issues, because she wants her building to age well rather than deteriorate. She prides herself on contracting with professionals who are efficient so whenever I have an issue she jumps right on it and calls them right away. These old buildings with old pipes are fraught with plumbing issues. My landlord's contractor of choice is Ari and his team. They pay attention to the details, and install good-quality hardware when necessary. They don't only resolve the issue, they give great advice on avoiding it in the future. There's not a plumbing fixture in my house that they haven't repaired - from my kitchen sink to my toilet - and none of these issues have come up again since. I have told them about random struggles I have, such as when my kitchen water faucet eas slowly trickling out water, and they showed me how I only need to do this or that myself. They have also squeezed me in during an ""emergency"" most recently when my daughter had her college friend over for a week and my low-flow toilet apparently couldn't handle the extra person. That was rough and, as always, this team came through. So grateful for their kindness.
