Did not show up and didn't call. Confirmed the day before after calling 3x trying to reach the owner. We are left for the weekend now without any sinks or a shower. Very disappointed with this company.

The guys who replaced my jacuzzi tub were knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking questions. They showed up when they said they would and the charge didn't change from the estimate even though it took a second trip to complete the job. They also cleaned behind themselves pretty well. I give them a 5.

We were getting ready to install a new dishwasher and realized that the plumbing was not up to standard for it. (We hadn't used it in I've 2 years). A friend recommended Jamis O'Neal at Liberty Plumbing. They would have come out the next day, but we were gone all day. Dilan was out the next day and had everything in order for the installation. Both he and Jamie were friendly and courteous. Liberty is now on my speed dial.

I would suggest that anyone needing plumbing should check out other plumbing companies, or insist on a written estimate. It took them 8 hours to change out our hot water heater and charged us almost $800. The owner will not return my call. One unhappy individual. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them a negative 5!

Had plumbing service performed today and I am very pleased with the Jamie's work. Two other plumbing companies provided estimates of well over $1500, their work included cutting adjacent hallway wall to make a entry panel, just to change the fixtures. Jamie got it done in 3 hours, no entry door installation and fixed a toilet all under $600. Thorough work, cleanup; Jamie was personable and highly professional. I highly recommend this company.

Jamie is a courteous, knowledgeable, considerate person who has helped us in the past BUT this time.........he helped at the last moment on our motorhome. He came over the same day, saw the problem and made it possible for us to go on our trip during Masters week!! He has always been easy to work with. AND he took his boots off without having to be asked and I would recommend him without hesitation.
