I had two things I needed repaired in my guest bathroom. The faucet handle was loose (needed to be tighten) and the handle for the shower would not turn the water on (bad cartridge). I researched the average price to repair both jobs. It estimated at $200 for both repairs. The technicians quoted me $125 per repair (Total: $250). I knew that tightening the faucet handle was not worth $125, so I told them I only wanted to repair the shower handle instead. The technician started making the repair, then tells me that it might not be $125 anymore. As a consumer you quote me a price for the issue, but then you change it up. He then tells me that I need a new part for the shower (cartridge). He quotes me again without going to the store and knowing how much the part cost. He tells me it's going to to be $325 with the new part, plus $15 for gas and $3% added on because I'm paying with a card instead of cash. The total repair came to $425. I looked up the price of the part, and he charged me $275 for a part that was only $50. The technician did not conduct business properly. You don't quote a customer a price then change it up as your working. Then on top of that, you don't just make up prices for parts without going to the store for the actual amount. I can understand if he charged me $100 for the part, but $175 extra was ridiculous. I will NEVER use this company again. They took advantage of me. Lastly, I didn't like that they made you write down your full card information on the invoice. That's not safe for security reasons, and they should work towards providing a safer way for their customers to pay for their services.

Chris and Shawn did an amazing job repairing my faucet link in my shower. I've been in my home for 24 years and this is the first time I had to replace the faucet in the shower. It cost me a pretty penny but the job was done well and I don't have to listen to this drip drip drip anymore! I also have a 1 year warranty!!!

Horrible service. Never corrected the poor toilet installation made by first technician. Second technician was clueless. Had to spend more money hiring another company. Poor customer and repair service.

Chris was very professional and instead of just snaking and leaving like the other company he took time to troubleshoot and find the real problem. Fast and friendly service and explained everything to me and why it wasn't working properly and fixed it. I was up and flushing just in time!
