This is my second time working with Mike. When my water heater stopped working a couple years ago, my home warranty provider (AHS) sent a different plumbing company to take a look (MSE Plumbing). Long story short, MSE told me I needed to replace the unit and that with code upgrades, the cost would be more than $2000, even with my AHS coverage! The MSE manager was cruelly unprofessional to me when I had to postpone installation due to being in treatment for leukemia (she literally screamed at me on the phone and told me I ""deserved to get cancer"" because I ""wasted her time"").

When AHS refused to send a different plumber, I cancelled coverage and called Lowe's to see if they could install a new water heater. Lucky for me, they sent Mike from Liberty Plumbing! He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Best of all, he told me I didn't need a new water heater, just to replace a broken part that cost less than $20. AMAZING!

Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, and my water heater was again on the fritz. I wasn't able to get a hold of Mike, so I reluctantly called another local plumbing company that also had good reviews. They told me to repair would cost $700+ and to replace would be $3500+. Luckily, Mike called me back, apologized for the delay in responding (due to an urgent personal matter), and came out within a day to check my water heater. He again was able to fix it in under 15 minutes, at a minimal cost. Because my water heater is pushing up against its useful life, I told him I wanted to replace it in the coming year with a new model and setup that will be more efficient and code-compliant in my older home. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, and when the time comes, I'll definitely be giving Liberty a call.

Bottom line: professional, friendly, knowledgeable service, and reasonable pricing! Highly recommend.

Excellent! We first met Mike Lozano of Liberty Plumbing when we purchased a toilet from Lowe's and Mike installed it. When we needed to replace a propane water heater with an electric water heater, we contacted Mike. The timing of the replacement unit was important because we needed to have 5%, or less, propane in the tank (propane company has additional charges if the tank has over 5% propane when it is removed.). We gave Mike an approximate install date but the propane started dropping a faster rate. I called Mike and he installed the water heater within 4 days, leaving 4% propane. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. We will definitely call Mike again for our next plumbing need.

I purchased 3 toilets through Lowes and Liberty Plumbing was sent out to do the install. After the purchase, Mike called in less than 24 hours and scheduled my appointment. Garrett did the install on my new toilets. He was extremely polite and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the work. I will definitely use Liberty Plumbing for future plumbing needs. Lowes told me that Liberty Plumbing has been their go-to plumbing contractor for many years. That tells me that there are many other satisfied customers out there.

This is the second time working on a project through Lowe's and we actually requested that Mike
From Liberty Plumbing be given the work again. There is nothing like working with an owner operator when it comes to quality service.

It's obvious in the timeliness and attention to detail that they want your business and to be the only person you think of calling when you need a repair or installation.

We ordered a new bathroom counter plus faucets at Lowe's. They arranged to have Liberty Plumbing install them. Mike and Garrett arrived with masks on and as seniors, it was much appreciated. They were polite, professional and focused on the project. When completed, they left the work area spotless. We intend to remodel our master bathroom and will certainly use Liberty Plumbing again.
