After dealing with another company, we are so glad we found Liberty! Fast, professional service that got us all fixed up with very reasonable rates! Matthew explained his way thru all the upgrades and repairs - a bonus over just being told that one NEEDS the upgrade/repair. This is a great company!

Still saying FIVE stars for this company!! David was polite, professional, clea, kind, and just worked his way down our latest plumbing list! Recommendations will save buying new faucets - new fixtures look great! I just can't say enough good things! Oh, and was the quote correct? Final bill was below! Tom and his team are knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced and have taken care of a variety of plumbing needs for us, from fixing the filters on our showers to replacing our water heater. It's nice to have a local Anthem business that will be here when I need them.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They were recommended to us by family and had a great rating with the BBB. However, I can not help but feel completely ripped off.

Liberty came out to our house to replace our guest bathroom's shower cartridge. The gentleman that completed the repair was here all but 5-10 minutes at the most and proceeded to charge me $185 for the cost of parts and labor. In shock I said, ""Wow, that is much more expensive then I was expecting."" The workman proceeded to say, ""I am sorry that you feel that way, but the cost includes my workmanship and a year warranty on the part."" So, I filled out the check and he went on his way.

I later called Liberty seeking clarification on the work done and was informed that the flat fee for coming out was $135 and that the cartridge cost $50. How can any company get away with charging $135 for 10 minutes of work? That translates to $13.50/minute which would = $810/hr. I am sorry but that should be fraud.

Additionally, upon my research I found that I could have done this job myself and paid $40 at the store for the item. When I brought this up to the gentleman at Liberty, he informed me that the cartridges I would get at the store are not up to par with the ones liberty gets which is why they are more expensive... what a joke.

In hindsight, I should have inquired about the cost for the job before they came out for the repair. So in some ways I have myself to blame. However, if you are interested in potentially using this company, be aware of there high hourly rate (which doesn't depend on the type of work being done).

There are other plumbing companies in the valley that charge only $45-$65/hour or a handyman that will charge $20/hour who can easily replace a silly shower cartridge and who have a lot more integrity then this business. Don't make the same mistake I did and regret the almost $200 repair spent on something so simple.

My water main line broke and the entire thing had to be replaced. Bill and his crew from Liberty were awesome, professional, and had the best prices. They replaced my shrubs and grass and I can barely tell where they had to dig anything up. Highly recommend this company.

I believe that when a company continues to give outstanding service over and over it is not a coincidence but a true reflection of character. Liberty Plumbing has come to our rescue a number of times since buying our home. When our water heating began leaking, my wife and I called a few plumbers in the area looking for someone to help us. Tom was very thorough when advising us on water heaters and his recommendations. He was never pushy and had someone out the next day. I later needed Liberty Plumbing again when I noticed a leak behind my dishwasher. Again, problem was solved and work was excellent. No more leaks. My family and I recently moved and this time we had an emergency on a Saturday night. I was changing our our washer and dryer and the pipe broke as we tried to switch out the hoses. Again, these guys came through and took care of us when they could have easily waited until the next day given it was Saturday night. If you want a trustworthy, honest, and thorough job done properly, call Liberty Plumbing. Their prices are just right and very much worth the value. My wife and I want to thank both Tom and Bill for all your outstanding hard work and dedication to serving your customers. Truly feel blessed to have come across this great group. Customer for life.

I have used Liberty Plumbing to install a water softener and on two occassions called with an issue: One was for a problem with the well water pump and the other with plumbing - water backup problem. In both instances i was given free advice. The first, they came out and inspected the problem and recommended that i call a well company specialist becuase they were not experts with wells. The other - they told me over the phone they could snake the septic system but that if it needed to be pumped I would have to call a Septic company. They could have come out and charged $135 for snake service and then if it didnt work say that it had to be pumped. Instead sound advice which earned them no money.

I had a leaky water heater and after turning away the contractor that the insurance provider sent out our way I found Liberty Plumbing and went with them based on their Yelp reviews. Boy I'm glad I did. Friendly, professional, courteous, reliable and FAST! I called them at 11:30 and they were done, with new parts, by 3:00 SAME DAY. None of this 'wait 3 days while I order your part' crap. These guys are awesome and honest.
