Thank you so much Justin! In today's climate of never really knowing what kind of service person will show up to your home, (especially when dealing with warranty service) I was really impressed. I rarely give or post reviews, but after too many bad and so so experiences I do appreciate when things are done right. Justin with Universal Drains called to confirm our appointment, on the day of he called to let us know that if it was okay he could be there a bit earlier. Too many others you get we are running late or need to reschedule you. He was neat, professional and courteous. He diagnosed our issue and how it would be resolved. He also pointed out another issue that most likely was caused be a previous repair. This was not covered under said warranty, Thankfully Justin addressed the issue anyway without gouging or upcharging as so many warranty service providers have done or tried to do. I would definitely recommend Justin and Universal Drains if you need an honest Plumber.

Amazing fast service. Mr. Tyra found the issue quickly and fixed it all under an hour. Very honest and transparent with pricy and repairs. He went about and beyond to fix my sink. Would recommend him 10 out of 10.
