My A/C went out right at the beginning of a week-long wave of 90º heat and high humidity. Fortunately, neighbors turned me on to Liberty Comfort Systems and I couldn't be happier. They were able to send someone out to look it over almost immediately, and then today two of their guys came and installed the new system, demonstrating professionalism that should probably be cited next to the word in the dictionary. They were so careful and thorough, double-checking everything and making sure it was all perfect before they left. And they left NO mess behind, despite the magnitude of the task! This is the kind of service you always hope you'll get but never do ... except with Liberty! (Yeah I'm still gaga over my new HVAC and my tidy condo!)

I had been a loyal customer for many years, but no longer. Furnace quit and and called for repair. They could not get there until next day late afternoon. In the past they were very reasonable and I can see why they received so many 5 star reviews. Things have changed! This time the tech came up and said we had a faulty gas valve. They no longer let you know cost of parts or time of labor. It comes in 3 packages where the cheaper one is fixing the problem. It becomes far more expensive for the others for things you do not need. First ask was for close to $1000. I said that seemed high and was dropped to $890 right away. I needed heat so had it fixed. 1 1/4 hours total with diagnostics. Would not give me a cost on parts or labor. Looked up sum on cost of parts and total was $150. Service call $89. Now even at their ""discounted rate"" that's $434/hour for labor. Now I did pay, because I have 2 children with no heat, but this is a company taking advantage of those in distress. When I called the following day to talk with someone I was told I needed to talk to Karen the owner. After 2 weeks and several calls she finally took my call. I was told this is how they now do business and that I did not understand how overhead works. I asked for a breakdown on how this could ever be thought prudent and was sent some percentages on what helps her sleep at night. I am appalled at their lack of ethics and hope in all honesty our older generation does not fall for their higher tier price packages. Buyer beware!

Liberty Comfort Systems (Jim and Karen) have formed a culture of pure customer service at Liberty. From the front office to the super techs making it happen. My recent furnace install could not have gone any smoother. Jim's honesty of what I needed and explanation of various products that were available, to Randy and Kevin installing couldn't have gone better. Randy and Kevin are a great team. Then a few days later I am getting emails about Jacquie already processing my rebates. Service and value second to none I wouldn't use anyone else. Aim High

I can't tell you how wonderful it is having a company like this be my HVAC company. I know it sounds silly but over the last few years I've been so thankful that I picked them to install my Lenox system. The owners Jim and Karen are the epitome of ethical and honest business owners. I LOVE them!

I installed a complete HVAC system at my home after the system that originally came with the house finally gave out ( homebuilder issued not Liberty Comfort). Jim and his team came in and completely replaced all of it. Even having to install new ductwork to better service the upper floors.

I loved it so much a few years later we also had him install a new system for our vacation home, which was an extremely complicated construction project- but not for the HVAC side of things of course. He did such an awesome job both times! Even though I can be a bit if a pain sometimes they are always super patient with me and my OCD.

Since then I've recommend him to many of my neighbors which have also been satisfied.

What really got me is several years later when I still call I feel like I am as important as I was on day one.

Although I've rarely had any issues with my system ( if I did really minor things) Jim has even offered to come over in the middle of the night himself if need be. (That particular night just required a simple reboot)

The point being, this is the type of company you want on your side. Not some nationwide large company where you are just another number.

To Jim and his team you matter. Can't say it enough....
I love them. Trust me they are as good as it gets.

We can't say enough about the excellent customer service Jim has given us. He installed our new furnace and water heater a few years ago, gave us an honest assessment of our current AC unit (and did not push us into purchasing a new unit). All had been running perfectly until New Year's day 2019 when we found our temperature dropping quickly. We called Liberty--and they answered!-- right away despite the fact that it was a holiday, and they were out the next day, promptly resolving the problem. Jim is the nicest and his wife, who provides exceptional customer service on the phone is as well. Thank you to them for a speedy solution at a fair price. We will be sticking with their service plan from this point forward as you don't get service any better than this.

Liberty Comfort Systems replaced a bad furnace and water heater for us. The customers service was stellar across the board. The cost came in at exactly what we were quoted (no surprise costs and/or last minute add-ons). The installers were polite and were careful to thoroughly clean up after themselves. Most importantly, we received high value service in a prompt manner. Overall, we are very pleased with their service.

-8 and my furnace stopped putting out heat. I called at 8am on a Friday not sure if they could get me in. They came less than an hour later. It was a simple fix. The price was very fair. I also got some good advice on furnace filters which I will follow. These folks are now my go to for any heat or a/c issues.

Travis just left our house and our AC is up and running. No gimmicks & no drama. He quickly diagnosed our AC (the capacitor for the compressor was out) he was able to fix it same-day. The fee wasn't bad, we did opt to pay a little more for 2 additional services (we just bought this place and don't know how diligent the previous owners were with regular maintenance). There was no pressure to buy into their plan.

Liberty seems very fast, friendly, and dependable. We would definitely call them again and recommend them to friends!
