I had accidentally dropped an item in the toilet 2 weeks ago, left with a clogged toilet ever since. Contacted so many plumbers in the area and their prices were crazy! I finally found some guys to come check it for me, but by the end of it, they said that the only way to fix it is to get a new toilet with their services for $1200?!!? I respectfully declined and continued searching.

After that, THANKFULLY, I contacted LGM Plumbing and Luis called. Luis explained everything to me and provided a reasonable fixed price--literally 90% cheaper than the previous plumber's estimate!

I went ahead and made an appointment with Luis at 10 am today, in which he came RIGHT ON TIME. All he did was be honest about the issue and got it fixed in 30 minutes!!!! Now my toilet flushes PERFECTLY!!! Luis DID NOT charge more and we had a very nice chat the whole time. He was suuuuper honest, reasonable, professional, and reliable. Very rare these days to find all of these traits in one person in this industry.

All in all, I had an awesome experience knowing that Luis is trustworthy. Especially after all the overpriced scams. Definitely, 1000000%, will contact Luis in the future and recommend Luis to everyone!!!

Luis is awesome. We had a leak that was hard to locate. Luis was able to diagnose the issue as a main valve leak and immediately explained the repairs needed and a fair price. Other companies were quoting ridiculously high prices and it was obvious they thought customers would blindly pay. We are good with paying for quality service. LGM was high quality and very fair priced. We highly recommend him.
