During my kitchen remodel in 2020, my contractor brought in LGE Prime for some gas line work and to pass inspection. I was impressed with the thorough and precise job they did. So when I had a non-emergency squeaking sound coming from multiple water faucets, I called LGE Prime. Luis came to my house the next morning and after some detective work, isolated the problem and fixed it. I trust LGE Prime for diagnosis and repair. Truly professional and friendly customer service.

Excellent service, on time and communicative and just an over all great experience for a crappy situation. Luis and his team made it to my home within a day of my call as it was an urgent situation due to some water damage. I called LGE to replace my water heater that was leaking, once the guys showed up they tested the water heater and immediately found the issue which was the t&p valve, they replaced it , and they left the water heater working properly and left everything clean and dry , highly recommended! When a pipe sprung a leak inside the wall between my condo and another, we needed a fast repair. Based on a recommendation from a property manager, we contacted LGE Prime Plumbing and they were onsite fast. Carlos worked quickly and expertly to replace the leaking pipe. He was professional, patient and helpful as he explained the issue and provided recommendations.

I also spoke with Luis on the phone who was incredibly responsive to my questions and requests. I didn't have another quote to compare the cost to, but the price seemed reasonable to me, especially given the swiftness of their response and repair.
