Did not solve our problem and ran up the bill. After four hours, wanted to come back for a video scope for $500+. to see what they needed to do. Called another plumber who solved the problem in 20 minutes. Should have believed their one-star review in yelp
Worst plumbing service ever! Trip #1, they charged us over $600 to clean out a line and 'replace brass caps'. A week later, they were called again for stoppage and charged us another $400 to clean out the line. 2 weeks later, the lines are stopped again -- called a new plumber (AAA Auger) who found remnants of brass caps in the lines that were causing the stoppage. Thanks to LPG we had to pay for 2 extra services because they didn't do the job right the first time. Be advised, you have to 'prove' that brass caps/scraps that were left in your line were left by them ... and in 'your line'. What a joke! Never again.
Incompetent and no Integrity. This company does not care about you, customer service, or repeat business. It takes 2 men to do the job of 1 (and they charge for the 2nd man) and twice as long. They would rather say they are right, than do the right thing. And it isn't just the technician that is the problem, it's the owners. No new employees or fixing can be done when the problem is at the top. My review- just say no.
I do not know the quality of their work. The owner is not very pleasant to do business with, JRH Electric did the electrical at his office. He was confrontational and never paid. I know a foreman that has worked there 2 or 3 times back and forth.
