Terrible contractor, I received an estimate from them for drywall services for my condo. I needed them to do the work ASAP because I have a tenant in the condo. I spoke to them about the estimate and agreed to a price of $2,500. A contract was drawn up between them and myself. We agreed for them to come out and start the work and I showed up at the condo at 8 AM. I had one of their workers, an older hispanic man who spoke no english show up around 8:15 AM. I had to wait for an older woman named ""Lady V"" show up around 9ish. She then tried to renegotiate the contract that was drawn up weeks before and used foul language and vulgarity towards me. Talk about a bait and switch and awful way of doing business. This is wrong and cost me a significant amount of time, inconvenienced my tenant, and is very dishonest. Now, I have to hire another contractor and schedule the work again. I can see why they have a bunch of one star reviews, it reflects upon the way they have done business in the past and present. Stay far, far, far away from this company!!!

Hired this company for deck expansion and repair. Took them 6 times to pass inspection. So much for knowing what your doing. Especially when they continued to not pass for the same things on the inspectors remarks!! Work crew left trash everywhere. Left old deck on our lawn and killed it. Made my husband remove a large and mature azalea and that was completely unnecessary. Never again will I allow them on my property. Run away from these people.

I would not recommend them for tub repairs.

I had them come out for an estimate, and they seemed great. However, when they came to fix the tub, it was a total bait and switch. I asked what changed, and they could not give me a straight answer. They kind of mentioned that the crack was bigger (size had not changed in the past week), but knew they didn't have a leg to stand on so continued to talk in circles. I'm most frustrated that we went through the estimate, scheduled service (when I asked a timeframe they wouldn't give me anything more specific than it'll take 2 days), and I planned accordingly to have someone there for all of both days. They show up, he takes one look, says you can't fix it, you have to replace it, and leaves. It was a total waste of time.

UPDATE: I spoke to a second plumber and they could tell me over the phone a repair wasn't possible based on the type of tub. So nothing had changed, they just lied.

I used L&G last year and they did just ok work. However I called them again as I had a plumbing issues. They scheduled an estimate me and never showed up. I called and texted and they stop responded. Very unprofessional.
