We loved working with Leonardo! We initially planned to install some French drains, but he and his team were so great that we expanded the project to include redoing our driveway and shoring up the foundation of our guest cottage. I highly recommend Leonardo for drainage and concrete work!

Where do I begin, Leonardo has done multiple work for me for the past year. Since I've bought my house back in September 2021, he has done 2 major projects for me. Firstly, I had a clog on my sewer pipe. Leonardo came out and did a camera inspection of my mine sewer pipe and determined a broken pipe that was leaking underground and had also found roots growing inside of it, crazy stuff! He then gave me a bid the next day for a new main sewer pipe replacement and we had him come out ASAP to change it out. Him and his team did the work quick and efficiently to get the sewer up and running that same day! They did a trenchless sewer pipe installation. It took about 2 days to get the whole job done. Inspection and permit was taken care of by him with ease.

I was satisfied with his work we had him come out and do another big project we needed done. I found out few months later on the first rain in the end of 2021 that my house was on a flooding zone area. Not good. So we gave him a call and I was surprised he could help us out with that as well. Again, got a bid then the following week, Leonardo and the crew went back at it. They are great workers and they move quick. The built a trench all round my house and added a sump pump to pump all the water out to the street. Took them about a week (they had to break a lot of concrete to get all the piping in). Now that we are getting lots of rain, there is no more flooding in my crawlspace or in the backyard.

This company deserves more than 5 stars! They were great to work with.

If you need concrete you need Leonardo Q! I searched long and hard to find someone to build our retaining wall and walkway that would last. Leo was the 5th contractor who I spoke with and I knew that he was the right guy for the job. Leo did not disappoint...we have a solid wall that is just what we hoped for plus he built another smaller wall in our garden that is curved and beautiful (if that is possible for a concrete wall). Our project was complicated...we needed to make sure that it drained correctly so the neighbors wouldn't be impacted, that it was strong enough to outlive us and that the price was right. Leo accomplished our goals and then some with a huge crew and 2 cement mixers. The project also required that an old wall and dirt and debris be cleared out, it was done to our specifications. There is still a bit of clean-up and we have asked Leo to add some paver and walkway stones to complete our garden that he said he would be happy to do, that will happen this weekend. Leo does everything with a smile, he is easy to work with and he is creative when coming up with solutions. He even made sure that our grandchildren were able to put their handprints and names on the wall.
