Wow....this company came highly recommended to me. What started out okay became one of their workers trying to sell me a job I didn't need. I had to have my home inspector come out and inspect for himself and was totally unfounded what the plumber was telling me I needed for almost $500! My home inspector did it for $10 for parts. In addition, I was having some issues with noises with my baseboard heat and while they purged the system, it still kept making noise and not once did they ask to stand in the specific room, turn up the heat, to hear the noises I was referring to. Then the same plumber that tried to rip me off, proceeded to say that the run of the pipe was too long and that's why the baseboard was making noises and that it would cost several hundred dollars to fix. Again, trying to talk me into something I really didn't need. The owner was pretty useless when it comes to my complaints and concerns, even after sending him pictures and my inspector's report. ALL DONE WITH THIS COMPANY! I have no respect for anyone in the trades that has deceptive practices.

I used Lezgus' services in January of 2010, to replace an ancient boilder in a home I had recently purchased. It needed replacement, no question, and I was pleased that if I paid cash, the work would commence the following day. I was told I'd recieve a brand new boiler and chimney. The boiler was installed promptly, but stopped working just as promptly. Twice, I needed to have technicians return to our home to repair a low-water shut-off something-or-other. After repairing it twice, they just bypassed this safety feature, assuring me there was no chance of my hot water baseboard heat system losing water, and causing the boiler to crack. (If there is no chance of this happening, I can't fathom why this safety feature is required, then...) After multiple phone calls, this bypassed piece of equipment was replaced. The remainder of the winter passed without incident. In the fall, however, of both 2010 and 2011, I needed to relight the pilot light before I could start the system for the season. I can't determine why it keeps going out, and the light is quite inaccessible, as they soddered all the copper components about 3"" from the boiler itself, making it impossible to remove access panels. While six months pregnant, I asked them to come investigate why the heat wasn't coming on, and was told by the responding tech that lighting the pilot for me would result in a charge for a 1-hour service call- nothing he could do, sorry ma'am.

To top it off, my new chimney leaks like a sieve in any rain storm, but by the time it collapsed the piece of ceiling it was leaking onto, I was told that anything could have caused the leak, and it wasn't their fault or problem.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Ever. Even if it's January and you have no heat.
