This is probably the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I had 2 previous appointments with them in the past to which neither of them they showed up. The first on I had communication with some guy named Manny and he kept telling me that they would be another 30 mins before they got to my house. We played this game for like 3 hours till he finally told me that he couldn't have anyone come to my house. Manny told me this was due to a personal matter with the plumber. So the second time, Manny advised me they would be at my house from 12:00-3:00 pm. I called Manny and the office several times beginning at 12:00 pm to see if I can get a better idea of what time they would be arriving but NOBODY answered. I waited the fill 3 hour window and nobody ever showed up. Finally the 3rd attempt, Manny gave me the same time span of 3 hours and when I called to see if he had a better idea of the time of arrival he told me anywhere from 12:00-3:00 pm, mind you it was already 12:15 pm. The plumbers surprisingly showed up at 1:40 pm and didn't even introduce themselves when I opened the door. They ran my dishwasher, which is where I had my leak, for about 5 mins and we're convinced that there was no leak. I asked them to run it for longer and they finally they found it. Instead of replacing the tube that was leaking they decided to just do some fix there just because they didn't want to go get a new tube. I overheard the plumbers calling some of their colleagues to find out if they had the tube and when no one had it that's when they came up with some other way of fixing it. If there was a way to give this company 0 stars I definitely would. After they finished their Mickey mouse repair, they put everything back together. When I went to inspect it there was an aluminum strip sticking out a bit which is used to mount the dishwasher to the counter and as soon as I touched it he told me it was already like that and just walked away and left my house. The plumbers didn't even have the decency to say """"bye"""". Horrible company!
