From my initial contact with a representative from this company, I was greeted courteously and professionally. Chris Morse arrived at my home introduced himself and his apprentice, and asked questions to assess the nature of my plumbing issue. Chris immediatley came up with a non evasive solution to my issue, and was able to make the repair in about an hour. After completing the repair he explained what was done, and offered suggestions to prevent future issues of this nature. He then asked if there were any additional plumbing questions or issues I had in my home that he could assist with. In summary Chris went beyond my expectations and completed the job efficiently and effectively. My experience was excellent and I would recommend Lex's Plumbing without hesitation to anyone.

I am really not sure why so many folks have given Lex's Plumbing such bad reviews on Yelp. To be honest, if I had read these reviews I would have been afraid to have them enter my house. I also was first introduced to them via my Home Warranty Company over a year and half ago.

In my case they have come to fix issues through my home warranty and also outside of my home warranty company that the warranty company does not cover. I have also had other Plumbers come out here as well (because the Home Warranty company sends random vendors each time). I guess I have a lot of plumbing issues :) Regardless, out of all of them, Lex's Plumbing definitely stands out in friendly customer service and excellent quality of workmanship.

I have dealt with Mike, Chris, and Robert (all in person). All 3 of them are extremely professional. Chris always wears Shoe covers (whereas the other 2 do not) which is a plus when my wife is at home. I have had them fix burst pipes in my backyard twice, and install sink faucets twice, and they do a great job from start to finish. I can say that Mike and Robert for sure do a quality job in not only fixing up the issue but also making sure nothing will repeat. Chris is also nice, but he has not done anything complicated for me as of yet.

I have also had Lex's Plumbing quote me on replacing my 17 Year old Water heater, and they have given me a fair quote. I would say that it took a lot of effort for me to get them to give me a quote because I have a 75 Gallon water heater and its a tough job. In general I would say they are not the cheapest player in town, but atleast for me they do quality work, and I am happy with them.

If it is simple task (Drain Clogs, Toilet Clogs, etc), just try to do it yourself by buying the tools at Home Depot. If it is something more complex, I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

These guys are Awesome! I filed a claim around 2pm one afternoon to deal with issues I found after tenants had moved out of my rental. I filed the claim thru my Home Warranty with the expectation that it would be the next day before they called me back. 30 minutes later I had a call back and Mike was at the house to deal with the issue an hour later. He quickly fixed a leak at the washer connection and an issue with the shower faucet. Great job from an appreciative and stressed landlord!

I had a water leak in one of my hot water heaters in the attic. Called Lex's Plumbing, and Alex showed up about an hour later. We looked at the water heater, and Alex professionally walked me through three options. He took a lot of time to explain the pros and cons of each option.

In the end, I went with the least cost option and accepted the risk. Alex was supportive of the decision and quickly completed the job.

This is the second time I've used Lex's plumbing, and would happily do so again. Alex was probably the most courteous, well spoken plumber I've ever had.

Had a problem with the pressure relief valve failng. Original installer was unable to meet appointment due to death in the family. Original installer could not get another plumber out to my home for two more days. Contacted Lex's Plumbing; they came out the same day. Only took about 45 mins. Very professional, very polite, on time. Very knowledgeable. Will use them again for my plumbing needs.

so a review I wrote 2 years ago is missing.....hmmmmm wonder why? maybe because they are waiting for the owner to pay the 300-400 monthly fee to have ggod reviews show instead of only bad ones. EXTORTION! shame shame shame. I have also referred 4-5 people to these guys and their reviews are not on here either. Lets see how long mine stays up this time. the clock is ticking

We had an emergency situation late at night. Alex came right over and fixed it quickly. The emergency rate was VERY reasonable and the overall cost was well within what was expected. Alex was courteous, professional and patient with my very inquisitive husband. Problem fixed quickly and correctly. I will absolutely use Lex's Plumbing with any future issues. We are very thankful we found them!!

Had Lex come to do an insurance job, as he was the only choice my home insurance offered. Refused to fix the insurance job for the expected $60 and said my problem needed $350 worth of extras to install a tap and replace a garbage disposal. He didn't connect my dishwasher, and it literally covered the kitchen floor the next day.

Likewise, had a similar massively overpriced quote on installing 2 x water heaters. Found better quote from practically everyone else. I installed my water heaters at over $1000 cheaper and got a 9year guarantee by going elsewhere.

Would avoid Lex if you have an alternative option.

At 1:30 pm I placed a call to Lex's plumbing about replacing a garbage disposal in our rental house. Our renters said that it was leaking out of the bottom of the disposal. I spoke to Selena at Lex's about pricing if I were to purchase the garbage disposal myself and if they were to put one of theirs in. I decided to pick one up to make it an easier install. Surprisingly, she told me that someone could be out the same day in between 4pm and 6pm. I also, called her back with a question about different horsepowers of garbage disposals while I was at Lowe's and she was extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase of the best one. At 4:30pm my tenant and I received a follow up call from Selena when the technician was 45 minutes out. The technician was very professional and polite when he arrived while he put on his boot covers at the front porch. He completed the install and gave us some tips on how to care for the new disposal. He cleaned up underneath the sink and all around where he was working. He asked us if there was anything else that needed to be done before he left. I wish that I could remember his name but I will make sure that I use Lex for any other plumbing needs that may arise for my own house or our rental in the future!!
