Recently had two hot water heaters replaced at our house and am very happy with the results. The crew was punctual and professional. Unlike other plumbing companies that I have worked with, the price Lex's quotes you is the price you pay. There were no hidden charges once the job was completed.

The receptionist was rude. Was not willing to accommodate and had to wait several days for call out. Cancelled them and went elsewhere.

Update 5 months later - I note a response from owner, 21 days ago. Ummmm need I say more???

9/12/17 - Chris did a good job on replacing and installing new garbage disposal. He was fast and cleaned up after completing the installation. He wore shoe covers and was very professional. The next time I need a plumber I will call Lex's Plumbing and ask for Chris.

From Laurie who answers the phone and assesses the problem, to Mike who comes out to find a solution sincerely caring about what he's doing, to the owner who runs the business with integrity, I am continually impressed. Matt came here and located the leaking problem but didn't fix it, because he said it is a hot tub issue not a plumbing issue. I was still charged $105 without anything being fixed. I'm upset about it. But Matt is nice and they are quick response and on time. So I rate 3 stars.

What a GREAT experience. I called several of those TV commercial companies to have a new kitchen faucet installed. They all said it would be a trip fee to come give me an estimate.

I called Lex and they gave me the estimate over the phone and included new shutoff valves. Matt arrived on time and did excellent work quickly. He cleaned everything before leaving and the price was what they quoted.

I will definitely use them in the future.

It is so refreshing to have a plumber or any other tradesmen come out to your house and solve your major problem in the first two minutes. That is exactly what Michael Young did from Lex's plumbing in Frisco. I have used plumbers for the last 40 years and never have had such a great experience where I felt compelled to write about it. If you want great plumbing services and don't want to be ripped off. Lex's plumbing is the only place to call. Make sure you ask for Michael Young.

Tried to jack up the price stating that new codes had to be followed. Also a special order water heater was needed because a standard one would not fit.
