I was first introduced to Richard on Christmas Eve 2022 as one of the folks who suffered a burst frozen pipe. He came out quickly, capped the pipe so I could have water, as he had numerous calls from that12 degree weather. Came back another day to install a new outdoor faucet. After a leak and knowing I needed a new water heater in May, other quotes for a gas water heater were atrocious. I called Richard, he remembered me, and was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a great price on a gas tankless water heater, and he and AJ were here the next morning to install. No hassles or surprise additional costs. Friendly, professional, did a wonderful job and I was all set very quickly. Will call no other plumbers in the future, just Lexington Plumbing and Gas.

Richard and Lexington Plumbing and Gas go above and beyond for their customers. Our water heater broke less than a week before Christmas and we were looking to install a tankless gas hot water heater. After getting a few quotes, Lexington Plumbing and Gas was by far the best deal; they were the only company that did not try to sell me a unit that was much larger (and more expensive) than I needed. Not only did Richard provide a fair price for quality work, he even offered to do the installation on Christmas Eve because he didn't want us to go through the holidays with cold water! This is a company that knows what customer service truly means and I have no doubt we will use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs!

Amazing customer service! After waiting several weeks for several other companies to connect our gas cooktop (they did not answer the phone, or return messages and when they did, they didn't show up!) Mr. Richard answered right away, while he was on a job under a house! To my amazement he said he could do it the next day at 10:00 am. He texted me that morning to tell me he was running late and would be about 30 minutes late - and guess what?! He was on time, right when he said he'd be there. He was very kind and very professional. Mr. Richard is definitely a keeper and I will call on him again if needed and totally recommend him to everyone. Thank you Lexington Plumbing & Gas!!
