I am giving two stars only because I liked the service people. They were polite and respectful. Unfortunately the three that came out did not know what they were doing. We spent almost a $1,000 and had to hire another company after no reply for two days. The other company fixed it on the first try. It is terribly unfortunate that Angie chose to ignore the calls for help. The work was for a commercial office in Dallas. Ac was on the ground. I even told them what was wrong but none of the three even looked at the problem. They did do a good job of blaming each other. I even replaced the filters because the first guy said he didn't do that even though I had them in my hand. Interesting bunch but would not recommend.

I called and spoke to Anthony. I informed him that water was coming out of the drain at the unit. He told me how to do a quick fix until he could get there, since the AC was running every now and then as hot as it is.

Once he got here, he was professional and looked at the unit. Took care of the overflow problem and then ensured that all levels of AC and Heat were working while he was here. So we are good to go!

Of course the A/C goes out when it gets hot. I called Cory late in the afternoon and he was at my place by 6:30. Had a look , diagnosed and Anthony was out the next afternoon with the new part and coolant charge.

WE HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH DAVID GILMORE JR AND SR. They were absolutely amazing. They fixed what another company could not. You don't always get good service when people come in and fix something.

Bad experience, they were really quick to come out and had nice manners, aside from that they completely had no clue of what the issue was, the tech even forgot to put a screw back in the AC.
They wanted to replace the whole air handler, I called another company to get a 2nd opinion and it turned out it was a simple clogged filter.

I'm not sure whether he didn't figure out the issue, or whether he was just trying to sell a whole new AC system.

Lex Air replaced my entire HVAC system - indoor blower, outdoor unit and thermostat and did a great job at a good price. They work with Trane systems, which are very highly rated. I appreciate that they were willing to work within my budget - they didn't press me into buying more than I could afford or more than I needed. We made a decision to go with Lex Air and they were able to be there the next day and spent most of the day replacing the system. Anthony showed us how to program and use our cool new thermostat. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the speed in which it was completed. Our new system is great and we're looking forward to having a cool summer with lower electric bills. I would recommend Lex Air without hesitation.

Buyer beware! Instead of fixing our unit, they told us if needed replacing. Then on top of that, he told me I needed a $15000 unit for a home less than 4500 sq ft which was a lie. That unit was more for a commercial building not a residential home.

Fantastic service! After another Company blew me off (promised tech would come 'this afternoon" and no one showed even after three days of repeated calls and excuses), but Lex Air showed up within TWO HOURS of my initial call.... AND, they fixed the problem.....AND their rates were lower!! Very professional and thorough. Will definitely use them for all future needs

So as it started to get cooler in Dallas we turn on the heat in the house and noticed that it wasn't working properly because it was still cold...upon a quick Google search we found Lex air conditioning services and gave them a shot, unfortunately Our heating never got fixed they recommend everyone to change their furnace. Anthony even said that our pipes were too "narrow". They charged me close to $700 to replace the combustion motor and high limit switch. I called another guy today and he quickly fixed what was wrong without recommending me to change my furnace.
Beware these people just want your money. Go to someone else. I would give them no star if i could. They're frauds. Not to mention when Anthony asked if I had a ladder I showed him where it was in the garage and he didn't even bother putting it back. Poor ettiquettes. I am convinced that they gave themselves a high rating.
