We needed a new water heater due to ours leaking. They were the best price of the 3 plumbers we called and could get to our house the same day! We were super pleased!!! The service man was pleasant and very helpful! I will call them again!
Aymie N.We bought a new home and before even moving in, it flooded. Lew's came out during a horribly stressful time and figured out a problem that had been unresolved by two other companies. Prior to us buying the home the house had flooded twice and the plumbers installed a new sump pump, stating that was the issue. It wasn't.. Lew's discovered our sump line had collapsed. They also discovered it had collapsed due to Metronet destroying our line when they installed their fiber cables. They helped us collect a large sum of money, due to Metronet's error. I'm having them out to install a new water softener this week as well. Thanks!
James S.Great service. I plugged my garage sink up. They showed up as agreed and called ahead. No mess left behind. Quite professional..........
Tim E.Plumbing. Just had a water heater fail causing a carbon monoxide fault. Tuff to get a lumber on spot notice. Called Lews plumbing (http://lewsplumbing.com/) and they made it work. Needed complete replacement. They were clean and courteous. Draped the whole path. Spotless. Price was GOOD! Definitely recommend.
Tom H.Chris and his helper arrived at the scheduled time. Quickly diagnosed the issue (trim nail driven through water pipe). They had the bad section of copper pipe cut out and re-soldered within 30 minutes. Great job cleaning up. Price charged was fair. I will call again.
Very pleased with Lew's Plumbing crew and service. They replaced a toilet at my business with a new Pressure Assist one. The crew was very tidy, prompt, fast and reasonably priced... I would highly recommend this company
Krista W.After going through two of the ""we will clear your line or it's free companies"", we finally turned to Lew's and were thrilled with the prompt service and outstanding knowledge.
They were here within two and a half hours of my call and resolved our main line clog problem that have been going on for a week within 1.5 hours. They water jetted out our line at a cost of $150 and used a camera at a cost of $50. And then of course the hourly labor.
I would highly recommend them; I would recommend any company where the owner's name is over the door, they care so much more than the plumbing heating paramedics and the Roto rooters and the service plus companies, which seem to hire 20 year old guys that really have no idea what they're doing.
Our technician suggested we put root X down our main drain once a year to keep the roots from coming back -what a brilliant idea!
the other companies wanted me to spend $3,500 to dig into the ground to see what the problem could be. I had an uneasy feeling in my stomach and reached out to a friend that referred this company. Yes, they do charge money for their service, but from my experience with the two other companies I used (see my Yelp reviews on them) the companies that advertise to be free are going to do their best to get their money by scamming you.
Chriss C.Outstanding service! At 2:30pm on a Friday afternoon we discovered a leak under our kitchen sink. The leak had been slowly releasing water onto the bottom of the cabinet and down into the basement through the floor. Our basement underneath the leak was a wet, miserable mess! Within 20 minutes of a phone call the friendly and polite plumbing professionals arrived. It was a tricky leak and took some time to track exactly where it was coming from, but the guys did not give up until it was found and corrected. Can't say enough good things about the prompt service, thorough work and down right kindness these gentlemen brought to an otherwise stressful situation. Kudos!
Amber H.Spent 10 minutes under the house and then came out and said he suggested we have a contractor (probably his guy)cut into the floor joist in order to make the repair. Keep in mind this is to replace an existing pipe. All they needed to do was cut out old leaky spigot and slide in new spigot through existing holes and sodder together. The plumber didnt ask for any form of payment...he said he couldn't do it and we could either relocate the spigot or have a contractor cut into the floor joist to make the repair. Then we receive a nasty phone call(4 weeks later) about collecting on a $67.50 service call fee ...that we knew nothing about. I told the lady basically ""no fix, no payment"". She then hung up on me!...and we recieved a bill for $135 in the mail. Consider this a WARNING if you choose to do business with these characters.
Ps..website says free estimates
Kathy G.They were unable to find my leak but charged $135 anyway. The restoration company they recommended also overcharged, I believe they are running a scam. They also have substandard billing methods- they don't have a way to pay online, it's by mailing in a check only.
