Had a leak in my sealing... not a constant leak but a slow leak from either tub or bathroom sink. Sears home warranty hired lewrose plumbing company to diagnose and fix the problem.... Young man by the name of DJ came to my house and looked at my sealing and said.... it's no leak.... maybe the pipes are sweating...I strongly disagreed. clearly, there is a leak and it was evident, as it was visible in the ceiling sheet rock... He said, I see situations like this all the time, and he did not really want to investigate further. I followed up with his supervisior Mr Anna sent her pictures and she sent DJ back out to cut into my sealing and diagnose the problem. Dj made a small cut into the ceiling and said, you see it's nothing there only wood. still I disagreed!! I followed up with Anna the supervisor she said she would send another technician out on Monday and she never did!!. I recently paid a contractor to diagnose the problem and he found it with ease!! it was a leaky pipe and he fixed it and maxe repairs to my ceiling. I will never use this company again. poor service and poor customer service. Use this company at your own risk. please be aware.
Lewrose plumbing was a charm for me, very professional and friendly. I had a hot water heater to fall me on a Saturday, Lewrose responded to emergency within one hour and replaced my heater before the end of the work day. They answered any questions and did an excellent job. If you need an excellent plumber give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

Valdez V F.Initially, I was not impressed. The plumber was more than an hour late, without a phone call, and wasting my time is NEVER a good thing. However, once he arrived, he did an amazing job. I met the owner as well. I like the guy a LOT! Give them a chance. Don't be dissuaded by the opinions of others.
Hey y'all! The review queen is back at it again! So used this company through my home warranty company. Scheduling an appointment was pretty easy after i filed a claim. The plumber came the next day, 3/29/22 between 11am -12pm, earlier than the time agreed upon. No problem. I telework so I had to get back to work and my husband was with the plumber. A few hours later, after I get off of work, I started to wash the pile of dishes I had to the side. As I was washing I noticed the water was not draining. I tried turning on the garbage disposal and it's was not working. I go back to the receipt and it said job completed. But my sink is still backed up and the garbage disposal doesn't work. I'm confused. So I call the company and the plumber called me right back. He went on to explain that it was glass in the disposal and he didn't want to continue cleaning it out of fear he'll cut his hand. Understood. But sir, the job isn't complete. I asked if he was sending another plumber to complete the job. He continued to explain about the glass in the sink and added that the water was draining but he didn't check the garbage disposal before leaving. At this point I'm definitely scratching my head. The water isn't draining, you didn't check to see if the garbage disposal was working, the job is incomplete. He eventually hung up the phone on me after asking me to lower my voice. I def was offended by that point. Just because I'm asking logical follow up questions to try to figure out how the job is complete doesn't mean I'm yelling at you, just mean that I'm trying to get a clear understanding and hold you accountable if it's not working. And yes, he hung up in my face. I called the warranty company and reported every thing. It's dishonest to leave an invoice and state the job is complete when the customer can not figure out how the job is complete when the sink is still backed up and the garbage disposal isn't working. To make matters worst, this very invoice may be submitted to the warranty company. I also included his receipt and my receipts in this review. I try to be fair, but I feel like in this situation Im getting played and he lacks the communication skills to clarify the situation. Use at your own risk.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company is HORRIBLE! The guy came out to look at my kitchen faucet leak through a claim with my home warranty. Like the previous reviewer, he did the bair minimum for the job. He used WD40 to ""so call"" fix the head if the faucet. The 2 days later the bottom of the cabinet is full of water. I call the warranty company again ri address the same issue. He comes 2 hours late for the second time for the recall (which I'm sure he doesn't get paid for), and told the warranty company that the hose was ""cut or burnt"" after literally being in my house for 30 seconds. As a result, the warranty company denied the claim. Who in their right mind would cut or burn the pull down hose of the kitchen faucet?! I would NEVER recommend this plumbing company.
Similar experience to other yelp reviews. This company works with a home warranty company and does the bare minimum to diagnose issues. They came to my home with no tools. Used a flash light from a cellphone and looked down the drain. Was in my home for 5 minutes and made a false representation of the cause of a leak and reported to the warranty company. Paid for a second opinion out of pocket and as I suspected, Lewrose did not accurately diagnose the issue. The home warranty company kept my $150 and Lewrose flat out lied about the cause so that my claim was denied.
This is the worst company to do business with. I contacted my home warranty company to obtain a license plumber to fix my toilet and sink issues. I was referred to Lewrose, LLC to perform service. Once the representative (Christopher) came to my house he looked around in the bathroom and didn't perform any diagnostic techniques to fix the issues. He stated I can't fix it then suggest I contact the DC Water company. I contacted the DC Water and when a representative asked him question regarding the job, he couldn't answer any of the questions. The representative asked for a plumber report (NO) and license DC ID number (NO). The representative stated you didn't pull the toilet up and snake it to see if you could fix the problem. He said NO. The representative was confused because he didn't understand how you can just look at the toilet without performing the diagnostic. Then, Christopher gave the warranty company false information. This evening, DC Water personnel came to inspect the area and the Clean Out was clogged. He was confused too. We contact the home warranty to explain the problem. It's Lewrose, LLC personnel refused to do his job. This company was paid to perform a job but didn't. PLEASE DO NOT US THIS COMPANY.
Outstanding service start to finish from Lewrose, after initial provider never responded. Worked with Cinch Home Warranty (née Sears) to ensure I knew up front, what my out of pocket expenses would be to replace my water heater and why. Conrad was very helpful and clear in his explanation of what additional work beyond the replacement would need to be done. Very punctual, and finished the replacement in about 4 hours. Would definitely recommend, and would do business with them again.
The Worst company I've ever had the misfortune of attempting to work with.
After securing an appointment with my home warranty company, their vendor, Lewrose Plumbing and Drain Service LLC, was late. My appointment (Claim # 72646) for 9:00 a.m., Saturday, December 5, 2020. At 10:15a.m., I called Lewrose, LLC, at 301-780-4537, to no avail. My call was returned by 443-752-7937 (either Mr. Lewis or Mr. Rose, unknown, the caller only identified the company, not himself. I identified myself, and proceeded to inquire as to why I hadn't heard from Lewrose, LLC, in regard to my appointment as to why they were late. Mr. Rose or Lewis indicated that the technician had called him and told him that they were running late. I then expressed that I had not been contacted. Mr. Rose or Mr. Lewis then said that he told them to contact me. I then indicated that the technician had in fact, not contacted me, already over an hour late; normally a customer does not contact the service company to find out appointment status. Mr. Lewis or Mr. Rose then told me I was ignorant. Not sure I heard correctly, I said, ""excuse me?"". Mr. Lewis or Mr. Rose then said, in his Island accent, ""Why are you so ignorant?"" I told Mr. Rose or Mr. Lewis, this was poor customer service, and all the actions, i.e., missteps and verbal disrespect of Lewrose, LLC, dictated an apology. Mr. Lewis or Mr. Rose, then told me, I'd better call Amazon; he wouldn't help me, because nobody's coming to your house from here. Unfortunately, I rescheduled my day for a service, I paid for. I did not receive the service, an apology, or explanation for Lewrose's grave lack of customer service.
I suggest anyone who reads this statement stay as far away from Lewrose, LLC, Lewrose Plumbing or any of their entities. I am providing followup with Amazon Home Warranty and the Better Business Bureau. Lewrose, LLC is the worst!!
S C.I have had nothing but a positive experience with this business. They helped me out greatly when the previous contractor who was sent out completely dropped the ball. Lewrose made sure that my water heater was finally working properly after I had been without hot water for days, mainly due to the ineptitude of the previous contractor that my home warranty company sent out. I am very thankful to have found them and will use their services again for any other issues that may occur. I highly recommend.
