Waste of our time. Called for a quote. They came over within a week and said they would send a quote - we've never heard or seen a quote. After hearing nothing I called and it was obvious they didn't want the job - connect a sink pipe, a garbage disposal, and icemaker drain. They said they were busy, wouldn't give us a price or date, but would call us back - but dead silence has continued 2 months later. Some people seem to have good luck with them, but we were very disappointed. Needless to say we went elsewhere after their brush off - the new plumber came day after calling to do the quote and then the following day to do the work. They're the ones we'll call and recommend from now on.

Easy job for a high efficiency toilet that was just purchased in January 2022. We had new flooring in our bathroom and needed someone to remove and reinstall the toilet prior to and after the flooring was installed. Once the toilet was reinstalled, we waited two days to use it. But, on the first use, the flush was totally different...less water flow and way less powerful. Called the owner to see if it could be looked at again. He literally took no accountability for the work, was extremely defensive and rude, and even suggested that I contact Home Depot (why contact HD when we had a perfectly working toilet before the removal and reinstall?). I was not asking for anything free...at all. But, the lack of accountability for any part of the work performed definitely rubbed me wrong. Thought I found a plumbing company to use for other projects since we have two other bathrooms that need the same service, but it's a hard NO for me. I will choose to spend my money elsewhere.

These guys took really good care of us. Had an emergency and they responded quickly and efficiently. Will was awesome! Great guy! He made quick decisions, communicated options to us and took care of the issue for the moment because it was double time, so that we could schedule something during regular business hours.

I called the main number at 2:30 and my pipe was fixed by 4:30. Mike lives in Corinth and was here within 10 minutes to fix my leak. He had a mask and was very professional. If you live in the Lake Cities, Lewisville plumbing is the place to call.

We woke up to water on the kitchen floor and under the kitchen sink. In addition the faucet had become very difficult to swivel. I contacted Lewisville Plumbing through their on-line form. They responded quickly and called to get more information so they could better evaluate the situation. They were spot on in their recommendations. They arrived in a timely manner and their fees for service were very reasonable. We've owned several homes over the course of 46 years and dealt with a lot of plumbers. I would tell you that our experience with Lewisville Plumbing was the best we've ever had. It's reassuring to know that I can feel comfortable in calling them again for our future plumbing needs.

AMAZING! I had a water leak in my front yard and fretted about it for days not knowing who to call. My parents used them so I called and them and they came out same day and repaired my water leak in less than 2 hours. They will be my go to plumbing service from now on.

Called them out to fix the washer machine that was backing up to the kitchen sink yuck! They came out in less then 20 mins. The techs name was Mike. He was awesome and fixed the issue. Very professional and courteous. Will defiantly call them again if I have another plumbing issue.

Lifesavers! We did not have a working bathroom in the house due to a stopped up line. We had three different plumbers come out and Lewisville Plumbing is the only one that took care of the problem immediately and gave us working bathrooms. These guys are AWESOME!!! Had a leaking bathtub faucet. Called one of the chain plumbing outfits who quoted $512; $476 if I joined a "membership." Wtw? Called Lewisville Plumbing Service and they had had a cancellation and were able to fit us in. Ten minutes after arrival, the part was replaced, problem fixed, and for less than $200. Score one for the local guys!
