In response to Lewis Plumbing's response...
What Lewis Plumbing said about no one locally sells the faucet, is not true. And this why I didn't call you... When your man came out to fix my original faucet and told me he couldn't fix it I told him I was going down to the plumbing supply house to buy a new one. He said he has one in his truck that is just as good. Obviously it wasn't since my first faucet lasted over a decade and yours lasted about 1 year. When the ""Lewis plumber's"" hand set broke a year after installation I felt it was an inferior unit and I had just been suckered into buying it because your man was at my house and he said he had one in his truck and if I went to buy another one he would have to come back and install the one I bought and charge me again.
I didn't call you at that time because I wanted to just get a new and better quality faucet set. So I went to Plumbing supply to look at their inventory and I brought the damaged hand set with me. When they saw the handset I had they said ""We sell that one also and we can give you a new handset to replace the broken one at no cost."" He showed me the sample faucet mounted on the wall and lo and behold... it was the same one Lewis sold me. He told me that they call the ""Lewis"" faucet a ""low-end"" faucet. The only difference was that their retail price was less than $125 not $300 that you charged me.
Why would I call you back after I saw that I was cheated? Continuing, since I got the new handset for free I reinstalled the second handset and for about another year it worked and then entire unit failed a couple of weeks ago... in this failure both the hand set broke again as well as base which is supposed to swivel had, over time frozen and was virtually immovable.
This time I did what I wanted to do in the first place, I bought a much better quality faucet for about what Lewis charged for the crappy Lewis faucet he sold me.
I should have looked closer at your YELP reviews. I won't make that mistake again

Joe was great! Clean, organized...got the job done right. Also a major plus was his amazing and informational attitude. He told me what he was doing and why. I have a very old home, with original (and fragile!) plumbing. Our kitchen drain was flowing in no time. I recommend Lewis Plumbing whole-heartedly. It was the first time I had called them, they came to my rescue. Thank you Joe :) and Lewis Plumbing.

Lewis Plumbing is my go-to.
Respectful, courteous, fast, affordable and reliable. Everyone is nice, from the woman who answers the phone to the plumbers who come to my house . They have always gone above and beyond for me.

We've had Lewis out at least twice to our house now, their technicians are always right on time, communication form their office manager is excellent, and most important of all their technicians are good at what they do! Most recently we had them out to help hookup a new dishwasher and kitchen sink after we did a full-remodel and our contractor had some issues with the plumbing part, they came in and got it all hooked up and straightened away in very little time, and for less money than I was expecting it to cost.

It is imperative to understand the policies and practices of a contractor before doing business. This applies to all vendors but especially Lewis Plumbing. I am accustomed to working with companies that foster open communication before, during and after the project. This was not the case. Martin and I have agreed to disagree on the final invoice. I have never worked with a vendor that does not seek a win-win resolution. He would not even agree to remove used materials from the work site.

I had an appointment for 8:00 a.m. this morning. I was on my way out the door (and on time) to the appointment when I noticed a missed call. For some reason, I couldn't access the message, so called back and it was Lewis Plumbing. I said yes, I'm on my way (to a rental property) and will be there on time. They said that since I did not answer the phone at 7:30 to confirm the appointment, they'd given it to someone else. This is ridiculous and I will never use them again.

They have a problem with their front office. Not responsive - written bids do not match what was told to us by a plumber who gave us an in-person estimate and, when we called to ask about it, they gave us a lame answer. The plumber recommended a faucet that received very poor ratings online (the unit fails per the reviews) and the estimate provided was not broken down into what portion was equipment, what portion service, etc. Took us two weeks to even get the estimate (called to remind them or we probably wouldn't have received anything). Maybe they do good work, but won't hire them.

Lewis plumbing said I needed over $13,000.00 in sewer line repairs. Called another plumber and said the sewer was just fine and only needed to be snaked. This business is not to be trusted in my opinion.

Phil at Lewis Plumbing was extremely professional and kind with my elderly mother, and creatively worked out clever solutions to solve problems and save us money in the least disruptive way possible. I value his ingenuity and willingness to consider more than one way of doing things. His excellent people skills also smoothed over what could have been an impossible customer. Job was done quickly, thoroughly, and securely. I couldn't be happier.

Lady that works here came out the back and screamed at me for parking my car before I even went in to their place of business. No thank you. There's plenty of other plumbers to use. I don't need to deal with the attitude.
