I thought I had found a reliable plumbing and heating company since moving to Dumas 2 years ago.. In the past I had used them for a new water heater, furnace work an other plumbing items. There was no hurry on these items and they did a good job. But in my time of need with a major plumbing issue I was left alone. Not sure if I can blame on COVID, there lack of 24 hour service (or last a little overtime) or just new people.... But I left to find other alternatives... I did my issue resolve, but am no weary weary of Lewis plumbing.. Did they change ownership, too busy for loyal customers or are is labor that lacking? Well, my AC is next but Lewis plumbing just dropped off the list..... Reliability and customer service is important..
