j b.Awful. Promised to arrive at our plumbing emergency in ""about an hour""...some guy who barely spoke english showed up THREE HOURS LATER and apparently had no idea how to fix the problem. In fact, he asked how to get into our basement...since we (and nearly everyone else in our neighborhood) live on a slab, there is no basement to access. Considering they use a local address and phone number in Levittown one would figure that they might know the ""ins and outs"" of plumbing in our type of houses. He was summarily sent away before he could cause more damage to our already messed up sewer line. We called Roto Rooter...who came in 45 minutes and fixed the problem in under an hour. Lesson learned.
