Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company. We had our patio redone by Levi, he not only took twice as long as as he initially told us to complete it but completely botched it. Within 5 minutes of use our patio started scratching, he pretended for days not to know why. Turns out the sealant was put on weeks too soon to the point where our patio has to be completely redone. Levi seemed like he genuinely cared for his mistakes and was a man of his word when he said he would come redo the patio at no cost. Needless to say this work was done in May, no such repair has been done and he's been unresponsive for over a month. He also left piles and piles of dirt in yard killing our grass that he promised to come clean up, he never returned to our house. Our patio is also not level, we have sitting water for days after rain in the middle of our patio.
Attached are his blatant confessions to his mistakes and pictures for proof. Don't trust this guy with your home, disappointed is an understatement.

Punctual and quality service. It's always a relief when you find somebody easy to work with. We hired them to repair the damages to our house and re-plaster the pool in anticipation of the summer heat. And its the best way to keep the kids busy!! Overall job very well done. Top tier workmanship by Tom, William, and the rest of the guys. It's already hard enough having the job of a mom, and a career. The last thing I wanted was another job playing contractor. Never had to micromanage them and they always kept me updated with progress. Thank you to the team at Levi & Sons for helping accomplish this summer's project. Looking forward to the next one!

It is so relaxing when you are able to get a variety of services from one person.
For years I postponed the renovation of my house because I was afraid to go into the unknown so I got at least 5 or 6 quotes from contractors before I started the renovation.
Tom's offer was not the cheapest but I was happy with choosing him.
For one simple reason: he kept his word to the end and much more!
Beyond the quote on a complete renovation of the house,
Tom also asked me if I needed plans - exactly what I needed.
And it saved me a lot of headache in not having to deal with an architect.
When we reached the design and finishing stage, it turned out that Tom had excellent taste and he knew where to get the various items for the house at solid prices, thus saving us a lot of money and heartache - he made sure that all selections were approved by him before purchasing.
Highly recommend Levi & Sons for their wonderful teamwork.
And if you hired Tom to manage and perform the full project - you won yourself a great prize :)

I have never left a bad review but this contractor did such a horrendous job that I would give them 0 stars if I could. I guess that's what I get for going with the lowest bid. Due to severe water damage the bottom 3ft of sheetrock on our first floor had to be completely replaced with new baseboards and wainscoting.

1. They went in my garage and used my equipment on multiple different occasions (ie. my drill, compressor/nail gun, ladder) despite me reminding them they were not allowed to use my tools each time.
2. From the start of construction Tom knew they could come only after 3pm on week days. He said that won't be a problem. The contract estimated it would take 7-10 days to complete the job. It took a month and the job was never completed. The delay in schedule was because they no showed us several days in a row. Each time they apologized and promised to put in extra hours but then on the fifth no show they tried to convince me to hire someone else to finish the job because "scheduling is just becoming an issue because we have a lot of other jobs- it may be better for you to find another company to finish the walls." I finally got them to agree to come back the following Saturday to finish the job but then they no showed me AGAIN and as always there was no heads up or explanation.
4. They left a 10" hole in my drywall and when I asked them to cover it they nailed a MDF panel over it instead of patching it properly. In other areas they just packed on compound (instead of laying mesh) resulting in major cracking.
5. The plumbing in the bathroom was not damaged from the cold freeze so it was not touched by the home owner. They broke the water valve to the toilet so they told me they would repair the plumbing. They did it incorrectly and then never reattached the toilet that they removed.
6. Baseboards were left loose and unattached in multiple areas. They only put caulk in a handful of spots (probably in attempt to hide the bad cuts). The mitered cornered were incredibly sloppy and on rounded corners there were supposed to be bullnose corners which wasn't done
7. The wainscoting looked like they played "find a stud" with my nail gun- it shouldn't take more than one nail to secure an area and there were up to 30 holes in some areas which completely destroyed the panels.
8. Tom no showed for the final walk through and then refused to reschedule with me. Since he wouldn't meet with me, I had to resort to sending him photos (which I have attached to this review) to express my concerns. I asked him to send someone out to fix these issues and he refused.

Since the job was never completed by them, I personally had to go out to purchase the materials to finish the job. I'm just glad I know enough to be able to do the remaining work myself, a typical homeowner would have to hire a new company to do it. They very well may respond to this because no company wants a bad review staining their reputation but I urge you to disregard what they have to say. We gave them ample opportunity to redeem themselves throughout this ordeal- their word is untrustworthy and their actions are unreliable.

We moved to Houston from Vegas about a year ago. We decided to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms with new counters, cabinets, tiles, fixtures, etc. before moving into our home.

Tom was 1 of 4 estimates we received for the job. His prices were right in the middle of the other contractors, but he was the most knowledgeable, and gave us ideas for design.

I'm very happy with the results of our project, and everything was complete and ready for move in less than 3 months after closing escrow.

My family and I have long wanted to build a custom home that we can continue to grow in. The idea of building a home ground up was both thrilling and intimidating!

The first step of the project was to generate plans and set a clear vision. My husband and I had different style ideas and needed some inspiration and mediation to ensure we both got our dream home.

After searching endlessly for a contractor that could take on our project from the planning stage to complete completion, Tom was the man for the job! He immediately made us feel comfortable, and was understanding of our individual visions, and how the could be cohesively combined.

Tom took care of all of the plans, permits, design, and construction. Our house was completely finished within a year, and we couldn't be happier! Working with Tom and Levi & Sons was such a warming experience, that made us feel like we were family and not just paying clients. Tom always went out of his way to alleviate my concerns, and gave so much of himself to the project.

I would never build with any other builder so long as Levi & Sons is around. Hands down the best experience with a contractor, allowing me to take on such a huge project while going about daily life. I've already referred a handful of friends who are searching the contractor market!
