This company will never keep promise with you. I called them in for my water heater repair. It was LEAKING but still working. The technician guy came out for the service, he said he can't get me any papered invoice during COVID. Yeah, I understand that. They told me they will send a paid invoice after the job 'SAME DAY'. They sent it next day without any phone call they promised but email and text.

After the technician check on the water heater, he said it must be replaced with brand new unit. The issue occurred by bad installation. So I asked what I can do next. They said they will contact to the manufacturer to check if it could covered with honor warranty(the part that has problem wasn't covered by warranty). The technician took some photos to report and he said his office will forward me those photos after they hear back from manufacturer with result, but they didn't until I asked for those pictures. After he put back the cover of the water heater, he said he will leave the bolts from the water heater, didn't say 'your water heater will not working anymore'. It wasn't working that afternoon obviously. So I called to the office later afternoon, they said the technician is not available at the moment. So I was waiting for call back, they never called back but texting 'I will call you in the morning'. Well, me and my family needed hot water to take a shower. I asked them how do I make it back to work. They said it can stop working eventually if it leaks. WHAT? My water heater was working fine before they arrived for this service! It was almost disassembled by your technician! They explained about the installation problem of my water heater but still, I asked them and paid to make it work again!

I heard back from them next day morning that the manufacturer can't cover it with warranty. Fine, I will look for another repair company to figure this out.

Just keep in your mind. This company will never keep promises with you. I don't know how they do the installation, but repairing? Look up for another company. They will charge you $225 for flat service charge even they couldn't fix the issue and if it's stop working, still going back to their office with your money. Not professional and not responsible for what they do for living.

They sent a text 8:23 in the morning, but comment on the bellow saying they can't call me before 8 a.m. They just don't want to contact you with phone call and lying to me and to the public. They didn't ask for my permission neither. Replying to this comment with not accurate information isn't helpful for you and for your business. Please be honest with customers, PLEASE.

We contacted this company because we had purchased a water heater with a 12 year warranty, that has four years left on it. The warranty company told us we would need to contact Miley Plumbing to come out and look at the problem. They tell you upfront there's a $225 service charge that is not included with the warranty. We would have not ever called this company but because we needed to find out what the problem was, they would furnish the parts.

Thank you Tiffany for taking our call last night! Your rep had been out three months before and rectified what we thought was just a minor problem: the pilot was out. Suddenly last night at 7 PM we had no hot water and when I called you, you immediately knew what parts needed to be replaced. Tony was here by 10 AM this morning and replaced the parts that were needed.

I called Tiffany she ask for the serial number and ask a couple question . They came out that after noon, She sent out the best plumber With the warranty parts, he was clean fast and good at his job. This is one of the few good company's out there. I don't write reviews but this Company and crew Are the best!

Water heater recalls.
I was informed there are a bunch of recalls on water heaters right now. They fix it for free. Call the manufacturer.
My brother Jack had a water heater that was on recall so I called the manufacturer and they gave me several names of companies. Most of the other companies either didn't call back or told me 6 to 8 weeks.

Robert and Tiffany took care of us! Our prior water heater lasted 29 years, but it finally gave out (was leaking). They were prompt, courteous and did a great job for us! We replaced it with a 40 gallon Bradford White. They went the extra mile with some additional compliances related to the inspection. I would highly recommend them!

We had a faucet that was leaking in our kitchen sink. I called Tiffany at Miley Water Heaters and Plumbing and she immediately made an appointment with me to send her plumber, Robert over. Robert showed up, on time and diligently worked to replace our faucet and sprayer we had bought to replace the old ones. Such a pleasant company and nice to work with a company that holds true to their word about quality work and attitude. Thanks Tiffany and Robert. We reccomend you a lot!

The other day my husband heard a noise coming from the back of the house outside where the water heater is. As the pilot was trying to light we saw a huge ball of fire outside the unit. My husband shut the gas off and we called the gas company who told us exactly what was wrong and that we needed a plumber. He told us not to just call a plumber because they would try to tell us we need a new water heater. He said we didn't, we just needed the burner. Told us to call the manufacturer. Did that after he left. The manufacturer said that the warranty was up but that the unit we had was recalled and he gave us 2 companies to call. Called General Installation. Called them because they were the closest. Two days later they finally came and had the wrong part.... sooooo disappointed. Called Miley and spoke w/Tiffany, who is the owner. She had Robert here 3 hrs later with the right part. He had it finished in about 15 min. Robert was so nice, polite and professional. Tiffany is great. I can't say enough good things about this company, their service and their help.

If I could give it more stars I would.

I had no hot water around Christmas Day. Fortuitously, I was referred to Miley Water Heaters & Plumbing. A technician came to assess the problem. Owner Tiffany provided a thorough explanation and we had discussions of solution options. Calls to and from Tiffany were promptly returned, patiently answered, and always cordial. Inconvenience was kept to a minimum as work began and was completed the next day. Installation was efficient and professional. Thank you Tiffany and Robert.
