Highly, highly recommended -- top notch service and quality. We had a recurring problem with a sink next to washer overflowing. Only in the last few years, several plumbers came out, snaked the pipe... and the problem returned months later. John of Letts Plumbing was a rock star and true problem solver. He was able to quickly run a camera through a vent in the roof (!) to identify obstruction in the pipe (not at all where we thought it would be); he then used a magical hand-held device to pinpoint the exact location through the floor, reached it through crawl space, and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. It turned out to be a pipe plug accidentally left in place during one of the remodels (in all likelihood, it'd been there the last couple of decades). We were very impressed with John's thoughtful approach; the fact that he looked beyond the obvious (snaking the pipe), and the cool technology he used so expertly. Very grateful, happy with the outcome, and highly recommend Letts Plumbing.

Letts Plumbing are the best!! Yes, I would highly recommend them.
We have two specialized fixtures, a Hansgrohe shower pipe and
a Rohl kitchen faucet. Each fixture was very expensive. It was an extremely
difficult task in finding plumbers with experience/knowledge of these brands.
Making an appointment with Letts was easy and wait-time to service was quick. There was excellent contact with both plumbers. Each called before the appointment and confirmed time of arrival. The plumbers did arrive
very close to their estimated time. Dustin replaced the cartridge in the shower. He was knowledgeable and very careful with shower tile and surrounding area. Unfortunately. the cartridge failed. Letts Plumbing was very quick to assign another very experienced plumber, Adam. He followed-up a few days later to address both the bath shower and kitchen faucet. He quickly replaced the faulty bath shower cartridge. He then tackled the kitchen faucet. It was not only leaking, but was poorly installed from the original kitchen renovation some years ago. Adam put in some tough hours correcting the problem, with the utmost care for cabinets and granite counter-top. He had to literally redo the faucet mounting. We are so pleased with Letts Plumbing. Thank you, Dustin, and special thanks to Adam.

Excellent service. Came and fixed the problem, then took pains to make sure there were no other pending problems. Did so all within the hour minimum, no extra charges or any of the funny business that less reputable folks pull. I am extremely happy with their service. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This company is FANTASTIC! If I could give 10 stars, I would. The technicians are incredibly KNOWLEDGEABLE and really know what they're doing. They are so incredibly HONEST and FAIR. And they are more AFFORDABLE than other plumbers I have used. I highly, highly recommend them!!!

I have used them twice . Both times, they diagnosed and resolved the issue effectively and efficiently. One time, I had another plumber out first who said the problem was in the wall, and he would have to tear out my shower wall to do the repair, which would take at least 8 hours and cost me thousands of dollars. I called Letts for a second opinion and it turned out the problem was a simple fix and they only charged about $200 to fix it.

I had a bathtub drain issue. I contacted Letts in the morning and they sent Joe out ASAP. He was here at 8:15. Joe tried a couple of different options to clear my drain. He found the right one and cleared it completely. Joe was friendly, professional and a hard worker. He did not waste any time. I would definitely use Lett's again.
